PTN - Portion. A manufacturer’s guide to the number of servings.

Please be aware that portion sizes are stated as a guide only unless the product is preportioned.

P/PTN - Pre-portioned.

IQF - Individually Quick Frozen. Not in a solid block.

200-300 - A product described in this way (prawns for example) has been graded to contain between 200-300 per pound.

lt - Litre. A liquid measure, approximately 1.75 pints.

ml - Millilitre. One thousandth of a litre. 100ml = 3.5 fl oz.

g - Gram. One thousandth of a kilogram. 28.3gm = 1oz.
