Descripción:

• Para la selección de la configuración de la broca se debe identificar el diámetro de la tubería OD 76.1mm, 88.9mm, 101.9mm, 114.3mm, 139.7mm.

• Se debe conocer el tipo de rosca: Cylindrical, Conical, TwinDrive™, TDN, 1 ½’’ T38 o 1 ¾’’ T45.

• Por lo general los insertos tipo Hemiesférico(Roca Dura – Competente) y tipo Bala (Roca mixta) son los más utilizados.

Descripción:

• Boart Longyear dispone de tubería DTH (API Drill Rod).• Las roscas disponibles son: 2 3/8’’, 2 7/8’’, 3 1/2’’ y 4 1/2’’.• Las rosca estarán en función del diámetro nominal de la tubería,

los cuales son: 76,1mm (3’’), 88,9mm (3 1/2’’) pulgada), 101,9mm (4’’), 114,3mm (4.5’’) y 139.7 (5.5’’).

• Los largos disponibles están en el rango de: 500mm, 1000mm, 1500mm, 2000mm, 3000mm y 4000mm.

• Una variable adicional de las tuberías, es el espesor de las mismas, de las cuales tenemos: 4,5mm, 6,3mm, 8,8mm.

• La rosca es derecha.• Las tuberías pueden utilizarse para perforar en sistema Single

Rotary y también con sistema Rotary-Rotary con el casing.

• Boart Longyear dispone de tubería de revestimiento con rosca cilíndrica de doble entrada, tanto en rosca izquierda y derecha.

• Las rosca estarán en función del diámetro nominal de la tubería, de revestimiento, los cuales son: 114,3mm (ID 94mm), 133mm (ID 113mm), 152.4mm (ID 132mm) y 177.8 (ID 158).

• Los largos disponibles están en el rango de: 500mm, 1000mm, 1500mm, 2000mm, 3000mm y 3050mm.
