Contact tracing is essential for containing the spread of COVID-19, but not everyone
can remember where they have been or who they have been in contact with. To
better support efforts in stopping the spread of the virus, SafeEntry and TraceTogether
were developed to facilitate contact tracing.
Scan to enter a SafeEntry zone with
your mobile phone
If you have a mobile phone, scan the
SafeEntry QR code displayed near the
entrances using your phone QR code
reader.
It is faster than using your work permit
card to enter. Shorter queue too!
TraceTogether app helps to notify if you have been
exposed to COVID-19 through close contact with
other TraceTogether users.
For TraceTogether to be effective, you must
activate the Bluetooth at all times when in public.
The app does not track your location or contacts.

If your mobile phone does not have a QR code reader, download a QR code reader app to
easily scan the SafeEntry QR code and check in.
Download Trend Micro QR scanning app, or go
to go.gov.sg/qrscanner for recommended QR
scanners from Google Play Store (for Android
phones) or App Store (for iPhone).

How do I use SafeEntry
with my mobile
phone?
1. Open the QR code reader and scan
the QR code at the location (e.g.
shopping mall, supermarket).
2. You can scan from a distance and
need not be too close to the displayed
QR code. This way, you won’t hold up
the queue.
3. Fill in your personal details; your work
permit card number and your mobile
number. Check the option “Remember
my particulars” so that you do not need
to re-enter your details at the next
SafeEntry location.
Click “Check-in”.
If you are unable to use the “Remember
my Particulars” feature, please re-enter
your details.
4. Show your SafeEntry pass to enter the
location.
5. Remember to check-out when you
leave the location. This will improve the
accuracy of contact tracing.

with my mobile
phone?
Guide to install
TraceTogether
First, search and install TraceTogether from Google Play Store (for Android phones) or
App Store (for iPhone).
1. Launch the app and select
your preferred language.
2. Enter your mobile number
to obtain OTP.
3. Select your profile.
4. Turn on Bluetooth and allow
location and other app permission.
5. Keep Bluetooth on, and keep the
app running in the background.

TraceTogether
Pertama, cari dan instal TraceTogether dari Google Play Store (untuk ponsel Android)
atau App Store (untuk iPhone).
1. Buka aplikasi dan pilih
bahasa pilihan anda.
2. Masukkan nomor ponsel
anda untuk mendapatkan
OTP.
3. Pilih profil anda.
4. Nyalakan Bluetooth dan izinkan

Ang contact tracing (o Tanda ng pagkalapit) ay esensyal sa pag-iwas ng pagkalat ng COVID-19
dahil hindi lahat ay naka-aalala kung saan sila nakapunta o kung sino ang kanilang nalapitan.
Upang mas-ma-iging suportahan ang mga hakbang sa paghinto ng pakalat ng virus, ang
SafeEntry at TraceTogether ay inilunsad upang mapadali ang pag-contact tracing (o pag-tanda
ng pagkalapit).

Kung ikaw ay mayroong telepono, i-scan ang
SafeEntry QR Code na nakalagay malapit sa
“entrances” (bukasan) gamit ang “QR code read-
er” ng inyong telepono.
Ito ay masmabilis kesa sa gamit ang inyong work
permit kard. Mas maikli pa ang pila!
Ang TraceTogether app ay tumutulong na magbigay-
alam kung ikaw ay nalantad sa COVID-19 sa
pamamagitan ng paglapit sa ibang gumagamit ng
TraceTogether.
Upang maging epektibo ang TraceTogether,
kinakailangan mong paganahin ang Bluetooth sa lahat ng
panahon na ikaw ay na nasa lugar pampubliko. Ang app
ay hindi gagawa ng bakas ng inyong lokasyon o mga
koneksyon.

sa susunod na lokasyon na may SafeEntry.
I-click ang “Check-in”.
Kung hindi mo magamit ang opsyon na “Remember my
particulars” (Tandaan ang aking mg detalye), paki-usap
na ipasok muli ang inyong mga detalye.
4. Ipakita ang inyong SafeEntry pass para
makapasok sa inyong lokasyon.
5. Huwang kalimutang mag-check out pag-alis
sa lokasyon. Ito ay tutulong na mapabuti ang
wastong pagtanda ng pagkalapit (contact
tracing).

Una, hanapin at i-install ang TraceTogether mula sa Google Play Store (para sa mga Android na
