Initial subscription term is 3 months then converts to monthly. Unused hours expire at end of the month. Should you go over your allocation, additional time is charged at the same discounted rate. Can upgrade on the first day of the following month. One months’ notice to terminate or downgrade subject to initial term. All paralegal and admin work is recorded each month. Fixed-fee services are excluded and have a set price. Annual membership clients can access the 15hr, 10hr and 5hr subscriptions only.
