DNA Reading and Clearing - Introduction The DNA Reading and Clearing program is truly a wonderful way to work with our issues, judgments and negative beliefs from a cellular level, whilst having a good map to effectively understand within a short period of time what it is we may need to clear. There is no doubt that most of us have done a lot of clearing work, primarily focused on the emotional body. However, there may come a time when you just need a simple tool to understand why you are still perpetuating a particular pattern, and how you can effectively clear this pattern. And this is where the DNA Reading and Clearing program comes in. It is a smart system, based on working with seven numbers, and using the chakras as an initial guide to finding out the main negative feeling or belief that is creating a blockage in some area of your Life. All you need are seven pieces of paper with the numbers one to seven written on them. The numbers take all the guesswork out of what you may need to clear and energetically hold a like vibration to your body and energy field. In other words, you can never pick the wrong numbers. You then choose a category or select your own; whether it is relationships, health, wealth/money, career and so on, and following this, start to use this map. As a system of energy, you initially use the seven main chakras. Each of the seven chakras are identified by seven negative feelings/holding patterns, and once you have chosen the related chakra, you then choose one of these patterns. These patterns were created either in this lifetime, genetically inherited and passed down by your ancestors, or from a past life/parallel reality. Once you have identified when this pattern was created, you then find out which time period it goes back, and for genetically inherited patterns, if on your mother’s side or father’s side. You are then given an opportunity to further explore this issue, should it be genetically inherited or from a past life/parallel reality, and following this, an opportunity to see if this pattern continues to affect you at this time, and how. Please note with genetically inherited patterns, you are also dealing with parallel realities, so it may come up that your grandmother/grandfather died by some natural disaster, as an example, and yet she/he is still very alive. What is important are the cellular memories you have inherited. It takes a few minutes to complete these steps working with your numbers, and following this, you start on the DNA Clearing. The DNA Clearing involves creating a positive affirmation around the negative issue/feeling initially chosen, and may involve the canceling of etheric contracts. Following this, you create the changes in the original Divine eight-cell blueprint and in particular, the two strand DNA related to the pattern chosen. Within this same two strand DNA you then recode the positive aspect to the negative issue/feeling chosen. You further request an activation of this positive pattern/feeling through the virtual 12 Strand DNA, and then repeat the affirmation you have created. This is a very powerful, simple tool and works well. For myself, I have done clearing work over many years and do not focus on this process work on a regular basis. So, I was interested to see what would come up for me at this time. Whilst I was thinking about this, I was looking back on some of my past behavioral patterns. One of my addictions in this lifetime was smoking cigarettes and in my early twenties I also drank alcohol. Now, I have no judgment on these addictions, and in fact certainly feel through many of the experiences I chose, I became much stronger and it brought me to a place of non-judgment and compassion for others, particularly those struggling with their addictions. Smoking brings up for me perceived feelings of not being nurtured in a way I would have liked in early childhood, closing down of the emotional body so as not to face certain issues, and of course at a cellular level, it slows down our Spiritual development. It also creates a sense of separation from Source, affecting the thymus both Spiritually and physically, as well as the lungs, which hold a deep sense of grief. Now, I am sure I don’t need to go into the reasons for addictions, but the patterns surrounding the addictions can certainly be interesting.


I started to think about my health and wondered if my lungs, throat, thymus, cells and so on, may still be affected physically or energetically by these addictions. Starting the DNA Reading, I picked a category of Health, and then proceeded to choose the throat chakra as the main focus for this. What surprised me then was that the number I choose corresponded to a Fear of public speaking. Now, I have to admit I love hosting workshops, but certainly feel a little nervous at the thought of speaking to really large groups of people. Also, in my early twenties, when I worked in advertising I had to do a lot of client presentations but developed panic attacks. So, the way to cope with this was to carry a flask of whisky with me and to have a few big sips prior to presentations, to calm me down so hopefully I would not experience a panic attack during the presentation. Now, I was not sure where I was going yet with the DNA Reading, but proceeded to find out that this fear was carried through from a past life/parallel reality and occurred 29-35 generations ago. Each generation is approximately thirty years, so this put me in the time period of 870 – 1050 years ago – between the twelfth and the tenth century. I still wasn’t so sure on what happened here, but in choosing the number related to this event, I got Death by initiation or sacrifice. Suddenly I started to understand and receive some information about this time period, in which I was speaking my Spiritual Truth and had been persecuted and killed for this. Instead of connecting with Spirit, I lost faith and in so doing, carried the belief that in expressing my Spiritual Truth something bad would happen to me as it did at this time. So, smoking was a way to create a disconnection from Spirit and to re-experience the feeling of grief and not being able to fully embrace my Truth and share this with large groups, hence my addictions and my Fear of public speaking. In losing confidence in my ability as a Spiritual teacher, I was not able to breathe and in this lifetime closed down my connection to Spirit for many years. While this is not a conscious fear, it is interesting to see how this pattern had played out for me and affected both my Spiritual development and my health. Now, it was time to change this at a DNA level. In creating the affirmation around this, the one that worked best for me was: I can breathe and be free to express my Self – I am a holder of wisdom, knowledge and Truth. In creating the change within the related two strand DNA I replaced this Fear of public speaking, with Truth as well as requesting an activation of this positive belief through the 12 Strand DNA. I then repeated my affirmation at a cellular level. I have personally found the DNA Reading and Clearing map to be a very powerful tool and hope that you will find benefit in it too. Included are two guided visualization that may also prove to be very useful, adapted from The Pleiadian Light Body DNA Activation Program; one called Cellular Clearing and the other Emotional Body Healing. Getting started: Ask to be connected to your Higher Self of the Light, as well as your Master Guides, Healing Angels and all other Beings of Light you personally acknowledge and wish to join you for the DNA Reading. If you are doing this reading for a family member/friend/client, please ask to be connected to their Higher Self of the Light as well as their Master Guides and Healing Angels. And remember to disconnect from their Higher Self of the Light when you have finished the DNA Reading Now, take a large piece of paper and fold it into eight pieces. Then cut and label the first seven pieces of paper, one to seven and fold again. Also have a notebook handy, should you wish to write down the issues and subsequent affirmations that may come up for you. Each category is divided into seven, and you simply need to choose a number from the pieces of paper you have for each category.

DNA Clearing Well done. The first step in clearing this issue/pattern is to understand it is one of your Life Lessons, and that you may have repeatedly chosen this issue as a pattern, playing this role with different people along your Life path. You are now at a place where you no longer choose to experience this pattern and are ready to remove it from your DNA and from your energy field. Initially you need to come up with a positive affirmation based around this pattern/feeling using the positive aspect to the negative quality or feeling – if for example, you chose unappreciation, then you would choose an affirmation around appreciation. For example: I truly appreciate and respect and Love myself. (If this was an issue regarding a lack of appreciation with a partner, colleague, family member and so on, you may also include them in the affirmation by adding them to this affirmation. For example, you could then say: I truly appreciate and respect myself and _____________ (name of person). You may also like to have an affirmation such as: I see myself as worthy in my relationships. Just use your intuition in creating an affirmation that is supporting and loving and the opposite of the feeling/pattern chosen initially. Please do not use the word “not” in your affirmation. In other words, do not choose an affirmation such as: I choose not to be unwanted/unloved in my relationships. Always choose positive affirmations – now write down your affirmation. If this pattern/feeling was based on an issue with a person – be it a partner, family member, friend, colleague and so on, you will need to first cancel an etheric contract you made with this person, so they could play this role for you. These are old contracts, and you can now choose to experience your lessons in Love. If this pattern was personal to you and does not involve another person, please proceed to R now. Q. Canceling of etheric contracts Etheric contracts are unspoken, etheric agreements made between you and another person – they may also be Soul agreements made in the afterlife in which particular Souls choose to play a certain role for you – most of these contracts were made in which these Souls chose to play out a dark role for you. Through this role, you experienced pain, loss, separation, heartache and so on, in order to learn and grow Spiritually and emotionally from these Life Lessons. These Life Lessons were also important as humanity learnt best for eons upon eons through the negative experiences and hardships created through the Game of Polarity in this Free Will Universe. However, you have now reached a level of Spiritual maturity and discernment, and are ready to change these old behavioral patterns, negative beliefs and judgments. You are now ready to cancel these old contracts and make new ones based on loving, respectful and appreciative relationships. With this person in mind, you now state: I cancel the etheric contract I have made with _______________ (name of person) to experience the feeling of (being) ____________ . I understand this is how I learnt best, but now choose to experience my relationships based on loving and respectful relationships. Now see yourself signing this contract and see this person signing this contract. Now take a big red rubber stamp with the word canceled on it, and now stamp this contract, effectively ending this contract. Now tear it up and burn it in a violet flame.


R. Changing the original Divine eight-cell blueprint Existing within the perineum center are eight cells, called the original Divine eight-cell blueprint. You come through each lifetime with this perfect blueprint that determines not only your gender, race, many of your beliefs and so on, but this blueprint also connects you to your Highest Potential and many gifts in this lifetime. Additionally, you bring through genetically inherited and past life/parallel lifetime memories as well as many false beliefs and negative patterns from each lifetime. However, you are now ready to erase these negative beliefs at a cellular level so you may operate more from your original Divine eight-cell blueprint. You now ask to be taken into your original Divine eight-cell blueprint. Now, just visualize yourself within this eight-cell blueprint within the perineum center. Now ask to see the cell and the chromosome of the cell related to the original negative quality or feeling you chose. Now visualize yourself inside this cell, where you enter the nucleus of this cell and find numerous chromosomes. Now ask to see the two strand DNA of the chromosome related to this feeling. Now, visualize the two strand DNA helix related to this negative feeling. And now, with the assistance of your Higher Self, your Master Guides, Guardian Angel and other Healing Guides you personally acknowledge, you clear this negative feeling or belief. Breathe deep into your heart and feel the Love within yourself. And now, visualize a beautiful golden color coming in and erasing this feeling from the related two strand DNA. Wonderful. And now, through this clearing of the original Divine eight-cell blueprint, this clearing now takes place within each cell of your body. And now, taking the positive feeling to the quality/negative belief, you will recode this within the same two stand DNA with the assistance of this core group of Light Beings. Now ask that this two strand DNA be recoded with the original Divine eight-cell blueprint quality of __________________(the positive quality to the initial negative issue). Wonderful. Now ask that the ends of this two strand DNA be capped with telomere, a protein-like substance that will hold this new belief permanently within the original Divine eight-cells. Good. Now, before you end, visualize in your mind’s eye the additional five pairs of etheric DNA making up your 12 Strand DNA. Please now request an activation of this positive quality/belief within these virtual strands. And now, this same positive feeling/belief is taken into each cell in your body – just feel this positive feeling lighting up each cell in your body as you now repeat your affirmation: (This is the affirmation you created) – And now you just affirm out loud: “In the I Am presence that I Am, I dissolve and cancel any contracts, belief systems and judgments that I carry at a cellular and Soul level that are impacting in any negative manner whatsoever in this lifetime, whether current, genetically inherited or carried through from other lifetimes. I accept myself as a Being of Love and Light and reflect this Light and Love within every cell of my body.” Good. You have now finished the DNA Clearing for this particular issue, false belief, negative feeling or judgment. However, please continue for at least twenty-one days with the positive affirmation you created. This clearing may have taken place on a cellular level, but this energy pattern may still be affecting your emotional body through frozen miasms and other negative patterns within the energy field and in order to break this pattern energetically, you must be aware of it and choose not to perpetuate this pattern.

Cellular Clearing (Adapted from The Pleiadian Light Body DNA Activation Program) In this guided visualization, you are going to explore the effect that past life issues, your main issue, and other inherited negative belief systems and judgments have on your current earthly incarnation. You will see that through your own free will, you have brought through particular karmic patterns and false belief systems that have impacted negatively on your original Divine eight-cell blueprint. This original Divine eight-cell blueprint, found within the perineum center, is the perfect blueprint that holds information as to all aspects of your Higher Light and your Life Task in this life time, and how to achieve this as dictated by your Higher Self of the Light and carried out in form by nature intelligence. When you operate again from your original Divine eight-cell blueprint you become your Higher Light by working with your original DNA encodings and forming a permanent connection to the Company of Heaven. Once you really understand these false belief systems, and your genetically inherited belief systems you are going to change these particular behavioral patterns through the etheric body at a cellular level with the assistance of your Pleiadian and Sirian Master Guides and your Guardian Angel in order for you to experience a new reality free from karmic patterns, false beliefs systems and judgments that you have genetically inherited from your ancestors, and other pre-programmed core memories that you incarnated with into this earthly form from past life/parallel realities. Core memories that no longer hold true for you and that you no longer need to experience will be cleared in order for you to move permanently into a higher frequency, a higher band of consciousness. With the Overlighting Deva of Healing and the Deva of your original eight cell blueprint you will then fuse newly created core memories to operate again from your original Divine eight- cell blueprint, from your original DNA encodings, to fully embody your Higher Light on this three dimensional plane. The atoms and molecules in your body will spin faster in higher frequencies of Love and Light and all multidimensional memories will be freely accessed when you operate from your original Divine eight-cell blueprint. Healing of the etheric, the emotional, the mental and spiritual bodies rapidly occurs as you bring about cellular changes. You will start to remember your true nature and become more and more your Higher Light on this earth plane. Let us set our sacred space and call in the Company of Heaven Call upon Mother/Father God, the Archangels and Mighty Elohim, the Order of Melchizedek, the Christed extraterrestrials, the Ascended Masters, and Nature Intelligence. And now, call upon your own wonderful Higher Light and all other Beings of Light that you personally acknowledge and wish to join you now in this sacred space. Now visualize a golden bubble of Light surrounding your entire body within two to three feet around you in every direction. See it forming from two to three feet above your head coming down the front of your body, down the back of your body, down the left side of your body and down the right side of your body. See this golden bubble forming all around you, within two to three feet of your body in every direction. Now bring a grounding cord from the body of this bubble of Light into the Earth. You see yourself sitting on the side of a moat with your Pleiadian and Sirian Master Guides and your Guardian Angel. Enclosed within this moat is a beautiful castle. All around you there are unicorns, fairies and pixies, gnomes and goblins. All these delightful nature spirit intelligence have chosen to travel back in time with you and your Master Guides and Guardian Angel. Together they will come with you and your Pleiadian and Sirian Master


Guide and Guardian Angel as you make your way across the moat on a drawbridge to the castle. Inside you will find different chambers, chambers which lead to your different past lives. In each past life that you experience you will carry through common themes or issues that are still affecting you in this lifetime so you may you integrate these issues in order to break this behavioral pattern and become your Higher Light more permanently in this earth plane. With your Master Guides, your Guardian Angel and nature spirit intelligence friends, this grounding force that gives you a firm sense of your reality, you cross this drawbridge, coming to huge wooden gates leading into the castle. The gates are opened by your fairy friends and you walk through a courtyard to reach the front door to this castle. You open the door and in front of you there appears a set of golden stairs. You start to climb up these stairs and as you do, you come to particular chambers that all have your name written on them. These are your past life experiences of specific issues that you have carried through into this particular lifetime. Your Master Guides, your Guardian Angel and your nature spirit intelligence friends, the fairies and goblins, the elves, the pixies and the salamanders are all sending you their Love. They provide you with security, warmth and protection and at the same time are able to assist you as you move closer to working with your original Divine eight-cell blueprint and bring in new encodings, new messages and new beginnings. You open the first door and enter into a past lifetime chamber with your Master Guides, your Guardian Angel and nature spirit intelligence friends. You now see yourself back in a particular lifetime that affects you at this present time. Look down to your feet. Are you wearing any shoes? Are you male or female? What are your clothes? What are your surroundings? Where are you? If you are uncertain of any of these events you are given images, patterns, shapes and frequencies within which to work and understand the events that are necessary for you to clear at cellular level. Look around you. Are you in a city or in the country? Are you in a house or village? Where are you standing? What impact does your environment have upon you? Who is with you in these surroundings? This will give you a clearer sense of where you are. Can you place a time frame on this memory, according to what you are wearing and according to where you might be? What country and what dimension are you in? You focus and again notice those that are around you. What are you doing? Where are you? What is happening to you? Allow this image to unfold before you like a movie reel. You are the observer as you are emotionally uninvolved. You do not choose to re-experience the trauma or pain of this particular event. You now want to focus specifically on a time when something traumatic happened to you so you can change the current issues that you are dealing with in your respective environment, this current incarnation. This time you want to look at what is causing you pain and anguish and causing you to repeat this negative behavioral pattern. What are these issues? What is important for you to remember now? Shortly, you will be leaving this past lifetime chamber where you have seen enough of these issues within this past life time to be able to understand this present life time conditioning. However, before you close the door, you want to send Love and forgiveness to all the people that you chose to be with in this particular lifetime. You see the pain and anguish that you chose to experience in this past lifetime and you send each person in this chamber your Divine Love and forgiveness. You let them know, “I forgive you and I Love you. In return I accept your forgiveness and your Love”, for you understand you chose this experience and no longer need to repeat this particular negative or karmic pattern. You understand this issue and how it is impacting on you in your current earthly incarnation. You call upon your Pleiadian and Sirian Master Guides and your Guardian Angel and together you send your Love and Light to all the people you are with in this past lifetime.


And now you send your Love and Light to this past Self that is you at Soul level. Your Pleiadian, and Sirian Master Guides and your Guardian Angel now too send their Love, support and guidance to your past Self that needs this healing in order to lessen the trauma and pain that it is experiencing. And now, if it is possible and with the permission of your Soul as you lessen the trauma for this past Self and recreate a future in Love and Light. You change the probable future of this past Self to one of Love and Light by encoding full remembrance of yourself as this Master Being of Love and Light, as yourself as your Higher Self of the Light and your Christed Overself of the Light. Now leave this past life chamber and gently close the door behind you. With your Master Guides and Guardian Angel and your nature spirit intelligence friends, you now move to the next past life chamber. Once again, you open a door and enter into this experience. You look down at what you are wearing. Are you male or female? What color are you? Where are you? Do you have any idea of the country or countryside or the village? Does it give you a clue? The language you are speaking, the people you are with. Look at this scene as it unfolds before you. You have created this scene and understand you can change it by sending healing Light and Love into this environment that you created to learn particular lessons. You realize that you choose your own destiny and reality. You observe and watch this past life event with emotional detachment, the observer viewing yourself at another time. A past Self that needs healing. You do not allow yourself to re-experience the trauma of this particular event. As you understand the issue or issues that you have carried through from this past lifetime, you now want to send Love and forgiveness to each person within this past life event. You call upon your Pleiadian and Sirian Master Guides and your Guardian Angel, who send Love and Light to every single person that you are with in this past life chamber as you too send Love and Light into your surrounding environment and forgive each person that has caused you this pain. You let them know “I Love you in Divine Love and Light and I forgive you as I forgive myself. I forgive myself for creating this particular reality in order to learn from my mistakes”. Now, with your Pleiadian and Sirian Master Guide and Guardian Angel, you focus on this past Self, this past Self that needs healing and Love and Light. Together with your Master Guides and Guardian Angel, you send it healing Light and Love from the future. You lessen the trauma for this past Self and recreate a future in Love and Light. Again, with the permission of your Soul, you change the probable future of this past Self to one of Love and Light by encoding full remembrance of yourself as a Master Being of Love and Light, as your Higher Self of the Light and your Christed Overself of the Light. Slowly you move out the door, closing it gently behind you and taking with you that one issue that you have carried through to this lifetime. You now move on to the next past life chamber to see if there are any other past life events or issues that you have brought through into this earthly incarnation that need to be healed. You open the next door to enter into another past lifetime experience. You view this lifetime event like a movie reel as you watch in a detached manner the events that you are needing to change in order to recreate a new reality, in order to finally clear all these issues from your body and again operate from your original Divine eight-cell blueprint and become your Higher Light on this earth plane. Before you leave, you want to change this event through the frequencies of Love and Light. With your Pleiadian and Sirian Master Guides, and your Guardian Angel you send Love and Light into this environment and to each person. You forgive each person as you forgive yourself, your past Self in this scene. You let them know “I forgive you and I send you Divine Love and Light and I accept your Divine Love and Light in return.”


Now, with your Master Guides and Guardian Angel, you send healing Light to your past Self. As you do this you let your past Self know that you really Love it and that you choose to create for this past Self a more positive and loving creation free from pain and anguish. You encode this past Self at cellular level with full remembrance of yourself as a Master Being of Love and Light. You let it know that in the future it will fulfill its Life Task and become your Higher Self of the Light and your Christed Overself of the Light. Now gently step out of this chamber. You continue with these experiences until you feel you have integrated enough knowledge to enable you to understand your current life limitations, these challenges you have placed before you and the issues you are dealing with in your current earthly incarnation. You are now going to clear these issues at cellular level through the original Divine eight-cell blueprint found in the perineum center. As you clear these issues, you will also clear genetically inherited false belief systems and judgments, and other pre-programmed conditionings and patterns that you carried through into this lifetime as well as negative events from this lifetime. You now see a chamber that says, “Original Divine Eight-Cell Blueprint”. As you open this door you see a set of eight cell chambers. These eight cells store your original Divine eight- cell blueprint, the original blueprint which has mutated and collected negative conditionings and patterns through your free will and the rainbow creations you have chosen to experience. You go into the first cell chamber and look for issues that need healing and that you are currently working with in this incarnation. These issues will appear in different colors, so you look around at the colors that appear before you in this first cell chamber. What colors to you see? Are there any purple spots, gray hazy colors or brown patches, mint colored drapes, orange or scarlet speckles? You are first going to look at the purple spots. If you have any purple spots these would represent a mixed patriarchal and religious belief system that relate closely to issues of control and to figures of authority. You now examine these issues. If you have any mixed religious or spiritual beliefs or if you have issues related to control, with the assistance of all the coning members, your Master Guides and Guardian Angel you bring in the frequencies of Love and Light and you start to throw golden balls of Love and Light to clear this color. As you release these colors from your body you affirm “ I take back all personal control. I allow myself to let go of feelings of being controlled and dominated. I allow myself to form my own opinions and belief systems and stand by these opinions and belief systems.” You continue to throw golden balls of Light and Love until you start to see the cell clearing of these purple spots. Now move on to the brown patches. These are issues of shame and guilt that you may carry within your body, possibly shame at being a woman or a man, shame at being abused. Shame and guilt of any kind. With the assistance of the coning members, your Master Guides and Guardian Angel, you start to clear these brown patches by throwing golden balls of Love and Light and as you do you affirm “I allow myself to releases all issues of shame and low self esteem. I allow myself to release all issues of physical revulsion or imperfection that I perceive within the physical body. I allow myself to experience my full beauty and goddess nature.” Now this color starts to fade. When you no longer see this color, look around to see if you have any orange. The orange color represents shock and related traumas stuck in the body. Issues of abuse on so many levels. You now affirm, as you start to clear by throwing golden balls of Love and Light at this color, “I take back my full right as a Master Being of Light and Love. I operate from this birthright at a level of universal honor, respect and Love. I allow myself to regain my power and right as a free will human Being and cosmic Master Being. I will not


allow myself to be taken advantage of in any respect and in any manner.” Again, with the assistance of the coning members and your Master Guides and Guardian Angel you are clearing these areas by filling these areas with golden bubbles. You now move onto the scarlet color. If there is any scarlet in this cell, it is related to issues of betrayal. You now affirm “I carefully choose the company that I keep in order not to be betrayed. I select these people through the process of Love, respect, wisdom and honor. I release all issues of betrayal from my body.” You see yourself releasing and clearing with gold bubbles of Light and Love, and with the assistance of the coning members. Now look around to see if there are any gray patches. Gray areas represent confusion, disappointment and a lack of Love. Are there any gray areas within your cell that needs to be cleared? You state aloud “I allow myself to be strong and secure in my personal worth and universal nature and as I would like to be loved and nurtured so I reflect these qualities to others. I attract only those deserving of my Love and Light on a universal and personal level. I allow myself to be loved and nurtured in a place of safety and protection.” You clear these issues of confusion, of disappointment and lack of Love with golden balls of Light and Love and the assistance of the coning members, your Master Guides and Guardian Angel. Once you have cleared this cell, you need to clear the other seven original blueprint cells found within the perineum center. Most of these original Divine eight cells will have similar or related issues, but you need to clear each cell individually in order to totally clear the body of these karmic patterns and genetically inherited issues that are stuck at a cellular level. As you inherit particular belief systems and patterns from your ancestors going back seven generations, you want to clear their belief systems, judgments and issues that have been passed on to you at a genetic level. So even if you do not recognize some of these issues, they are in your body because they have been inherited and you need to release them. If you know your parents/carers etc. had issues of shame or guilt, victimization, control or trauma, look around for colors that represent these issues in order for you to throw wonderful balls of golden Light and Love and with your Master Guides and Guardian Angel clear these cells. You see yourself in a second cell and again you look around at the colors that need to be cleared. Your purple spots represent patriarchal and mixed religious belief systems relating to issues of control and figures of authority. Your brown patches of shame, which are held in the body. Orange, which represents shock. Scarlet, issues of betrayal. Gray, confusion, disappointment and lack of Love. You look around for other colors and see what they represent to you. Each one of you will have different issues and different colors. You now allow yourself to imagine or visualize these different colors. Sense or feel what they mean for you and when you do, you allow yourself to clear these issues and affirm your sense of Self worth and of Self Love, taking back your control and power, your birthright as a Master Being of Light and Love. When you have cleared your second cell chamber, move to your third cell chamber. Clear this cell chamber and all remaining cell chambers within this original eight cell chamber. Continue to clear and really see what each color represents to you. Continue to clear all the issues that you are dealing with now at a cellular level, your main issue and any other issues that you have brought through from other lifetimes and issues that have been genetically inherited or creating in this lifetime and are impacting on you in a negative way. As you clear your last cell chamber, your eighth cell chamber, an amazing thing starts to happen. Cells all over your body start to swell and fill with golden Light and POP into the Light, releasing all these same or related issues in every cell throughout your body. Breathe deeply from your perineum center up the front of your body and down the arms and


out the hand chakras as you see these cells fill with golden Light and Love and POP one by one, throughout the body. The most amazing sense of Love and Light fills your body as you release all these same or related issues in every cell throughout your body. You now affirm “In the I Am presence that I Am, I dissolve and cancel any contracts, belief systems and judgments that I carry at a cellular and Soul level that are impacting in any negative manner whatsoever in this lifetime, whether current, genetically inherited or carried through from other lifetimes. I accept myself as a Master Being of Love and Light and reflect this Light and Love within every cell of my body.” You now want to link these new core memories and affirmations to the original eight cell blueprint being held by their Deva and the Overlighting Deva of Healing. You state “I request that these new cellular memories and affirmations be fused with the original Divine eight-cell blueprint on a cellular genetic level”. You wait for this information to be shifted on a physical level. Breathe deeply as you feel each cell in your body radiating in Light and the atoms and molecules spinning faster and faster as it is encoded with new cellular memories and additional DNA Activation strands. You understand more and more your true nature as a Master Being of Love and Light on this earth plane. You start to review those issues and those traumas that occurred to you. You have cleared all these issues totally at a cellular level to allow your Soul to move further within your Soul Matrix and for you to become your Higher Light on this earth plane. For you are operating much more closely to your original Divine eight-cell blueprint. However, you also need to understand that while you have cleared these issues at cellular level, you need to work with these issues in such a manner as to consciously break these negative patterns which have become a habit, for of course you can reprogram yourself with old programs. Now bring yourself gently back to your sacred space as you thank your Pleiadian and Sirian Master Guides and Guardian Angel and nature intelligence. You see yourself as a new person, experiencing a new perceived reality as a Christ Consciousness Being of Light and assisting through Service in Love. Before you end now, you want to cleanse the body environment of any released negative energies that have arisen. With the focus on the Christed One you ask that all that has been released from your body environment during this process be sent into the Light now. You do this with the full acknowledgment of your Higher Self. You visualize a white sheet within two to three feet beneath you in all directions. You see or sense this white sheet moving through your body and within two to three feet of your body in all directions. When it is above your golden bubble, you tie this sheet in a bundle and send it up into the Light. Breathe deeply now, bringing yourself back fully into your present environment. Emotional Body Healing (Adapted from The Pleiadian Light Body DNA Activation Program) Welcome sweet Master Beings. You have been consciously working to disentangle and transmute your lower feelings as you manifest and create new perceived realities that are more suited to your true cosmic nature as a Master Being of Light and Love. This is your birthright. You accept your multidimensional and multifaceted nature by experiencing life from your heart center and through your many gifts. The gifts of compassion, Love, wisdom, joy, harmony, warmth, grace and delight in the present moment and of allowing yourself to be detached, an observer from negative emotions, in order to have impartiality and insight into your particular behavioral patterns, and also the ability to make appropriate changes. As a Master Being of Love and Light you see through Master eyes that are aware, and through a heart that is wise and in flow with the cosmic forces of the universe. In this guided visualization, you are going to be working within an Emotional Healing Coning, a vortex of Light, with the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light, the Sirian Archangelic League of the Light, the Overlighting Deva of Healing, Pan and your Higher Self of the Light. You will disentangle your emotional body from your mental and physical bodies, and release any negative emotions or feelings stored within the emotional body so you may manifest in your wisdom new creations and new realities in the vibration of Light and Love. You have chosen to experience Life in joy and Love and you have canceled contracts you may have had to learn through pain. You have chosen to be fully connected to the universal source of Love and Light, and to radiate and attract to you those people that are right for you in this vibration of Light, people that honor, Love and respect you. You have chosen to become your Higher Light and you will become your Higher Light when you can release lower base feelings and emotions, when you can really feel from your heart center and when you can express this in an outward manner, from a place of wisdom, a place of joy, a place of Love. Let us set our sacred space and call in the Company of Heaven so you begin to work more specifically within an Emotional Healing Coning. Call upon Mother/Father God, the Archangels and Mighty Elohim, the Order of Melchizedek, the Christed extraterrestrials, the Ascended Masters, and Nature Intelligence. And now, call upon your own wonderful Higher Light and all other Beings of Light that you personally acknowledge and wish to join you now in this sacred space. Now visualize a golden bubble of Light surrounding your entire body within two to three feet around you in every direction. See it forming from two to three feet above your head coming down the front of your body, down the back of your body, down the left side of your body and down the right side of your body. See this golden bubble forming all around you, within two to three feet of your body in every direction. Now bring a grounding cord from the body of this bubble of Light into the Earth. You will now open an Emotional Healing Coning. Call in the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light, call in the Sirian Archangelic League of the Light, call in the Overlighting Deva of Healing, call in Pan and call in your Higher Self of the Light. While this coning is stabilizing, you may like to connect to and call in any other Guides or Healing Angels that you personally acknowledge.


Now, for a couple of minutes bring your focus to your breath. Inhale deeply from your crown chakra, bringing in these healing Love and Light energies down the spine to the base chakra and then perineum center. On the exhale, take these wonderful healing energies up the front of the body, down the arms and out the hands. Again, inhale these wonderful healing frequencies through the crown chakra and down the spine to the base chakra and then perineum center. On the exhale, bring these Love and Light frequencies up the front of the body, down the arms and out the hands. On the next inhale, bring the healing energies of Mother Earth through the feet chakra, up the legs to the base chakra and then perineum center. On the exhale, bring these Love and Light frequencies from the perineum center, up the front of the body, down the arms and out the hands. On the next inhale, combine the cosmic and earth healing energies at the base chakra and then perineum center. On the exhale, take these golden cosmic and earth energies up the front of the body, down the arms and out the hands. Take a couple more deep breaths and as you feel this energy circulating throughout your entire body, you notice that your hands, your palms, are feeling really warm, as a golden healing energy, these frequencies of Love and Light, are gently increasing in frequency within your hand chakras, spinning your hand chakras faster in preparation for this self healing coning session. Now visualize a clear movie screen in front of you with a grounding cord going deep down into Mother Earth. In front of this screen you place a healing rose with a grounding stem going deep down into Mother Earth. You reach out and touch this screen with your hands as it lights up in a golden shimmering color. Place an image of yourself upon this screen. As you focus on this image of yourself, you bring your focus to your emotional body, which is found about thirty to forty-five centimeters around you in all directions. Your emotional body looks like a small golden bubble of Light with rainbow hues reflected through this golden color. Your emotional body holds all your emotions and feelings, whether it be feelings of Love, joy, Light or feelings of low self esteem, uncertainty, fear, shame or guilt. All these feelings are meshed within the emotional body that surrounds you. If you have any negative feelings, this will be reflected in the emotional body by dark patches of color or holes, which look like small fabric tears within this golden rainbow hue creation. These holes in the emotional body usually become entangled with the etheric or mental bodies, which will reflect through negative thoughts, blocked emotions and physical disease within the body. You now focus on a particular feeling that you wish to change, whether it be fear, anger, shame, guilt or any other feeling that is holding you back from experiencing your wonderful Higher Light permanently on this three dimensional plane. As you focus on this feeling, breathe in through your fluorescent tube of Light, filling yourself with your Higher Light qualities. As you exhale, take this wonderful Higher Light down your spine and out your perineum center to your earth chakra center. Now, spiral your Higher Light in the form of golden filaments of Light and Love from your heart center in an outward direction throughout your aura, allowing this Higher Light to gently reflect in Light and Love within your emotional body. As this screen lights up with your Higher Light you are guided to a particular place within the emotional body where you feel a negative feeling and as you do you see there is a tear or a dark muddy color within this area. With the assistance of your Pleiadian and Sirian Master Guides, your Guardian Angel, other Guides or healing Angels you personally acknowledge, the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light, the Sirian Archangelic League of the Light, the Overlighting Deva of Healing, Pan and your Higher Self of the Light, you send Light and Love into this area, this part of you that is feeling sad, feeling shame, feeling guilty, feeling anger, hatred or pain. You see the dark color dissolving or the emotional body being knitted together in wholeness as you start to transmute this feeling, to change this negative feeling to a feeling of Love and Light. This


particular feeling is no longer necessary and no longer needs to hide. It can move into the Light and experience its own wisdom and Light. Now bring your focus to your fourth dimensional portal, the thin membrane found directly over your crown chakra. You see this center being activated and this membrane, this thin disc, starts to vibrate and expand and as it does it brings in high frequency thought forms and feelings. It brings in permanent manifestations of Love and Light, of joy, of compassion and wisdom. You feel these feelings, you acknowledge these feelings and you become these feelings. For you are these feelings, you are this magnificent Master Being of Love and Light. Now look around for another feeling, a feeling that perhaps makes you feel unsure or uncertain of your true nature. What is this feeling? You are gently guided by your Pleiadian and Sirian Master Guides, your Guardian Angel, and all these wonderful healing coning members and your Higher Self of the Light to find this feeling within your emotional body. You look for this feeling and you now see a hole or dark muddy color in your emotional body that represents this feeling and again you work with the healing coning members to transmute this feeling, to take this negative feeling and turn it into a positive one. You bring Love and Light into this area, changing this color or etherically sealing this hole within your emotional body. You feel a strong sense of wholeness, of Light and Love as you transmute this feeling, this negative feeling into feelings of Love and Light, wisdom and joy. Now, bring your focus to a thin membrane just above the crown chakra. This is your fourth dimensional portal, and connects you to the Angelic realms. This portal is now vibrating and anchoring high frequency thought forms and feelings through the mental body and into the emotional body, clearing out lower frequency emotions and permanently anchoring these high frequencies of Love, Light, compassion, wisdom, joy and kindness. Continue to look into this emotional energy body to see any other dark patches, muddy colors or tears, tears which will appear as small fabric holes in your emotional body. As you notice an area that needs healing, you see a feeling that is associated with this particular hole or dark area in your emotional body. With your Pleiadian and Sirian Master Guides, your Guardian Angel, the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light, the Sirian Archangelic League of the Light, Pan, the Overlighting Deva of Healing and your Higher Self of the Light, you start to transmute this negative feeling and turn this feeling into a positive feeling through the frequencies of Light and Love. You know that you are a cosmic Master Being of Light and Love and that you can manifest anything. You can create any reality, any experience or feeling you wish to have and it is your greatest wish now to transmute these negative feelings into positive feeling so that you can experience your vitality, your total Love for yourself and your environment. To experience your Higher Light as your Higher Self of the Light and your Christed Overself of the Light. This is your greatest wish and the wish that you are now manifesting for yourself. Now bring your focus back to your fourth dimensional portal above your crown chakra and once again fill yourself with these higher feelings of Love and Light. Connect yourself to this Angelic dimension, to this realm of Angels and Ascended Masters and bring in this Higher Light as it exists on the fourth dimension. Breathe these cosmic energies deep into the body through the crown chakra and down the spine to the base chakra and perineum center. As you exhale, take this wonderful cosmic Love and Light from the perineum center up the front of the body, down the arms and out the hand chakras.


As you continue to clear these holes or dark energies within your emotional body you start to bring in more Light and Love to those feelings, those areas that need to be disentangled for you to release yourself from these negative feelings, to experience your full wisdom and to choose discernment within your sacred space. To choose with whom you share your feelings, with whom you share your Love. It is important as you are a wonderful Master Being of Love and Light and you need to honor this Master Being that is you and as you do so, you will magnetize those of a similar wholeness and a similar completion into your Life. For it is only through your completion that you find the person or people that really support you and Love you as you would like to be supported and Loved, and in return will support and Love. You are special and unique and you understand that you will not just allow anyone within your golden bubble and within your emotional body. You will not allow yourself to be taken advantage of, you will not allow yourself to play the role of victim, nor will you allow yourself to have feelings of fear, panic, or of being uncentered. You will radiate and magnetize to you those who are deserving of your Love and Light. You will operate from your Higher Light, these feelings of Love, wisdom and joy. You are a Master Being of Love and Light and as you recognize this and you move up to reclaim your natural power, you need to be discerning and perhaps change those people or those situations that no longer fit in with this new reality, that are longer necessary for you as you change direction, career or environment. You are eliminating that which is negative and unhealthy from your environment and from your emotional body. Transmute all the feelings that are holding you back from truly being this Master Being of Love and Light, from truly being your Higher Self of the Light and your Christed Overself of the Light. You are feeling very relaxed and very loved as you operate from your heart center, from your Soul matrix. You have disentangled the negative feelings from within your emotional body and you feel the full flow of this Love and this Light in your etheric, emotional and mental bodies. You now see a pinkie hue forming all around you and experience yourself as the frequency of Love. You are time now going to end your personal healing session. You give thanks to all these Emotional Healing Coning members as you disconnect from the Emotional Healing Coning. You ask to be disconnected from the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light, the Sirian Archangelic League of the Light, the Overlighting Deva of Healing, and Pan, while remaining connected to your Higher Self of the Light. You again bring in your golden bubble of Light and ground yourself. Breathe deeply as you call upon St. Germain, Keeper of the Violet Flame, and ask him to bring in a Violet Flame of protection so you may continue to heal the body and heal yourself in a safe and protected environment. And now, place another rose with the stem going deep down into Mother Earth outside of your golden bubble. In your own time, gently come back to this sacred space, and open your eyes. About the Author

Anrita Melchizedek-Choun arrived on January 24, 1969 in Belfast, Northern Ireland at 2:40 PM (Cancer rising, Aries Moon!). In 1972, her family immigrated to South Africa, where Anrita was to live for 23 years. In August 1996, Anrita returned to the United Kingdom, where she remained for six years, before returning to South Africa in October 2002. The six years that Anrita spent in the United Kingdom were focused primarily on working with the Company of Heaven through the co-creation of two programs as well as awakening to the Light of who she is, and the Light of all Creation.

As a child Anrita had an eclectic upbringing, and experienced teachings from Judaism and Christianity, as well as attending an eastern school of Philosophy based on Hindu belief systems for over ten years. She was to meditate and chant Sanskrit from an early age, and was also able to communicate with the Angelic realms. She had two Angel friends, both little boys, one with a dove on his shoulder, who were her constant companions for just over two years. She further communicated with Nature Spirit Intelligence, seeing fairies, as well as communicating with animals. Through this plane of dualities Anrita chose a multicolored weaving in preparation for her Light Work. Anrita was ready to commence her healing journey from her mid-twenties, communicating again with the Company of Heaven; first with the Angelic realms and Archangel Michael, and later, with the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light and the Sirian Archangelic League of the Light, and following this, a host of Ascended Masters, Christed E.T’s and the Order of Melchizedek.

Anrita worked in advertising for five years as an Account Manager and Strategic Planner in both Johannesburg and London, and holds a four-year related business and marketing qualification. She left the mainstream business arena in 1997, and in 1998, co-created a workbook with the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light and the Brotherhood of the Light called The Pleiadian Light Body DNA Activation Program.
