Digitally capture all types of patient documents, including driver's licenses, insurance cards, medical records, consultation notes, lab requisitions, patient demographic information and consents.
Immediately scans once a card or document is inserted into the scanner without pressing a button. Automatically crops any size image for clean scans with no black borders. Auto-saves to a directory of your choice on a local computer or server.
Merge both sides into a single image so all data is visible on screen. A multitude of configurations for completely customized workflows. Concatenate up to 8 sequential images in 4 different layouts.
Scan in full color, grayscale or black & white. Set image resolution from 75 DPI to 600 DPI (depending on hardware) for ideal image quality and size.
Automatically send e-faxes via Retarus. More providers available upon request.
Auto-print to any installed printer. Control where the image appears on the page. Optionally resize the image so it is a percentage of the page, best fit to the page or absolute size.
