Jon joined Jonathan Lee in 2002,quickly excelling as a consultant beforemoving into regional management.Jon is currently Head of RecruitmentOperations at Jonathan Lee Recruitmentand Director of Jonathan Lee Design Services.

With 15 years in automotive design recruitment, Nick supplies high level design and creative staff to OEMs and tier 1 companies worldwide.
Having run the recruitment departments at Futura Design (8 years) and Concept Resource (2 years), Nick understands the design process; from concept to completion, and is highly regarded by customers and contractors alike.
Nick set up the highly successful Jonathan Lee Design Services in 2014, leading a team of highly skilled modellers, designers and engineers working to deliver creative projects for major automotive OEMs.

After 6 years in recruitment, Gemma joined Jonathan Lee in 2013 within the account management team.
Gemma joined the Jonathan Lee Design Services business in January 2017 to source specialist design, styling, digital and physical modelling professionals for contract and permanent roles within automotive design studios globally.
With a keen creative flair and a BA (Hons) in Fine Arts and 10 years recruitment experience, Gemma is well equipped to work closely with our design clients, providing them with suitable candidates to meet all their creative design, styling and modelling needs.

Teresa joined Jonathan Lee Recruitment in 2017, successfully placing contractors within large OEMs across the automotive sector before moving to Jonathan Lee Design Services in July 2018.
Teresa works with global automotive design studios to source creative advanced designers as well as specialist styling, digital and physical modellers on a contract and permanent basis.
