    Temperature increase is 4 .995 E-9C;Current climate change impacts (frequent

    droughts, floods, outbreaks of crops andlivestock diseases) as a result of 0.8C global

    mean temperature increase since 1950s to date;The impacts are expected to worsen with a

    projected increase of 4C by 2060 if no judicialefforts are put to reduce current emissions;
