Terminate and cap all abandoned utility services per MEP and as required by local Code. All utilities not under slab to be removed back to point of origin. Mark on slab utilities being capped under slab. TYPICAL throughout space. Existing partition to remain 1 HR RATED partition per Architectural details. Bring up to Code if damaged during resheathing & finish-out. Then install additional gypsum board for 2 HR RATED partition, refer Detail A9-05. Existing aluminum storefront and glass door to remain. Replace hardware per Sweet Frog standard spec. Clean and protect during construction. Remove lower opaque panels, replace glazing if required. Remove existing interior non-load bearing partitions in space (shown in dashed lines). Remove all existing display fixtures, shelving and flooring platforms, repair drywall as required to maintain current firewall rating, TYPICAL throughout entire space. Existing door to remain. Mechanically secure from the inside. Existing RTU's will not be reused. Remove HVAC RTU's, duct and control systems to prepare for new equipment, distribution and controls. Remove any ductwork in Sweet Frog's space that originate from existing RTU's.
