NOTICE INVITING e-TENDER (NIT)

1.1 General

Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited (DMRC) is planning to empanelDelhi based bonafide, competent and experienced Assessment/Recruitmentagency/agencies of good repute and credentials and sound financial standing, to availprofessional services/assistance to DMRC to undertake recruitment of personnel invarious positions through Open Market Advertisement. The empanelment shall betentatively valid for two years from the date of empanelment for the conduct of therecruitment activities in DMRC for the various advertised posts for two RecruitmentCycles 2015-16 and 2016-17.

1.3.1 The intending tenderers must be registered on e-tendering portalwww.tenderwizard.com/DRC. Those who are not registered on the e-tendering portal shall be required to get registered beforehand. If neededthey can be imparted training on 'online tendering process'. Afterregistration, the tenderer will get used id and password. On login,tenderer can participate in tendering process and can witness variousactivities of the process.

1.3.2 The authorized signatory of intending tenderer, as per Po:ver of Attorney(POA), ml}st have valid class-Ill digital signature. The tender documentcan only be downloaded or uploaded using Class-Ill digital signature ofthe authorized signatory.

1.3.3 Tender submissions will be made online after uploading the mandatoryscanned documents towards cost of tender documents such as DemandDraft or Banker's Cheque from a Scheduled Commercial Bank based inIndia and towards Tender Security such as Bank Guarantee from aScheduled commercial bank based in India and other documents as statedin the tender document.
