before 15 April 2011. On-site: The Conference Secretariat will open on Tuesday, 17th May at 8:30 for late registration,
documentation and information, and will remain in operation throughout the Conference.
CONFERENCE FEES A Conference fee of 900 € is requested from all participants, including speakers and chairmen. This fee will include lunches, coffee breaks, reception and proceedings.
Vendor presentation fee: 2000 €. This price includes ½ hour presentation slot plus one person’s attendance fee for all Conference arrangements

CANCELLATIONS Refunds of 50% will be made if a written request is received before 3rd May 2011. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date, but substitutions are possible.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS A block reservation has been made at special Conference rates at the Intercontinental Hotel.
It is recommended to reserve hotel accommodation very rapidly and at the latest before 6th April 2011 sending the attached Room Reservation Form directly to the Hotel.
LANGUAGE English will be the working language of the Conference. Each presentation will be followed by a 10 mn discussion.
PRESENTATION FACILITIES Video projectors are available in each room. Any other presentation facility (Video Cassette Recorder/Player) can also be supplied by applying to the Conference Manager before 3rd May 2011.
TRAVEL AND BANK FACILITIES Travel and exchange arrangements can be made by the Concierge of the Hotel.
PROCEEDINGS The Proceedings will be published after the Conference on a CD-ROM containing the PDF files of final papers. Authors are requested to deliver their final paper by ftp to ESTEC (following the instructions already provided to them) by 20th May 2011 at the latest, if they are to be included in the CD.
