A. Plan of human resource

B. Recruitment
- Organize recruitment progress according to recruitment requests of each

Job description 1. HR
A. Plan of human resource, regulation establishment, labor usage
- Consult General Director on organizational structure of company.
- Make human resource plan for each department in accordance with
business strategies and policy of company.
- Collect information and make job descriptions for each position in
company.
- Coordinate with departments to analyze contents and working process of
positions to establish, upgrade and adjust Job Descriptions for each period.
- Consult and update General Directors on labor law.
- Directly set up regulations, processes, rules of Company so that they are
suitable with development status of Company in each period.
- Consult General Director on arrangement, adjustment and appointment of
senior and medium personnel of Departments, Divisions.
- Approve regimes on leave of employees.
B. Recruitment and training:
- Organize recruitment activities according to recruitment requests of each
department and division approved by General Director.
- Cooperate with other Department to make training plan and follow up
implementation progress.
- Establish contents of training courses, select trainers and means of
training.
- Fulfill and negotiate with other training service suppliers.
- Participate in designing training and educational programs.
- Design additional textbooks with support of experts.
- Design training programs, organize training and education courses,
select trainers, issue certificates.
- Promote training works (including training knowledge on globalization,
