WORK EXPERIENCE Nokia Networks (NSN) July, 2013 – September, 2015 Head of Sales Development, Europe. Resource development and leadership of Sales Teams in ~20 countries in Europe and Central Asia and with 90 MEUR OPEX. Main achievement was the very successful restructuring and transformation of the pre-sales organization in Europe from a ‘bush’ organization of 603 people (1.7.2013) and 69 line managers into a structured, 8 geographical teams (Radio/Core/Services) with 417 people (1.1.2014) and 27 line managers. Swift execution with fully redesigned our processes for hugely improved efficiency. In 2014 our team outperformed peers in employee engagement (70.6% => 83.5%), leadership (48.8% => 61.8%) and competence development while simultaneously delivering growth in Europe with sustained 35% productivity improvement. From January to July, 2014, additional responsibility as the Head of Core Networks Sales, Europe and Latin America, setting business to path for 700 MEUR revenue providing +32% YoY growth.
