Hub of CORPORATES! All these cities have huge population of corporates and are filled with IT

parks! Having personally worked in Gurgaon, I can directly relate to the problems faced by the CORPORATES ( who are always busy) in buying their healthcare !

TARGET THE IT PARKS- For eg, Unitech City Park Sector-39 in Gurgaon caters to :1. 4 buildings- A, B, C ,D . 2. All have 15 floors. Each floor has 200 people. On one floor= 15 * 200=

30003. So, 4 buildings= 3000 * 4= 12,000 people in one

CORPORATE building!

These 12000 people are always busy and there is no medical shop nearby because leaving the building is itself a 2 kms job! TARGET THEM!

Tie ups with all the IT Parks. Placement of KIOSKS in the IT parks to increase the brand

awareness and all the services it provides. Tie up with different COMPANIES since they also look to

provide such healthcare to their employees. Conduct SESSIONS in various Companies to increase brand

equity. Special packages for corporates will allure them more!

TARGET THE METRO !!Delhi-Gurgaon-Noida metro has itself recorded 27 lakhs as the highest ridership one day! Distribute pamphlets to increase awareness. All services

written Provide a scratch code in that which people can use to

avail discounts. Once they feel the website is good, cheap and genuine

they will come back!!

Make them Members!

Membership cards are very alluring to customers. Give them points for every transaction. Divide in 3 categories-

› Small- Normal Services› Medium- Quick delivery, free sample of shampoos

etc on every 10th purchase, more discount option.› Large- Quickest delivery, free sample on every 5th

purchase, more discounts› Get converted to Small to Medium on purchase of

5000 Rs (accumulated)› More such packages can be formed to allure

customers

INVEST IN MOBILE APPS

Every wants a SIMPLE and QUICKEST option to buy things!

ADVERTISEMENT THROUGH NEWSPAPERS Sending pamphlets through

newspapers and scratch code scheme. Special schemes for family

membership!

Kyuki bimari kabhi bhi aa sakti hai.. Night delivery can be started with higher charges

It is very important to take feedback from customers to understand what they want and where we lack.
