INTRODUCTION Mera Medicare has been the “startup business” in the

e-commerce portal for generic medicines.

It has been on an expansion of its business in 6 new cities being: Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Surat , Chennai & Jaipur with additional 25 cities in next two years.

At present, they have close to 5000 registered patients and more than 250 pharmacies in their network.

Only if the Budget is well planned in advance, the other criterias can be fulfilled.

The sales and marketing have to be strong enough in order to fetch in profits for the business; eventually bringing in cash inflows.

The business grows with risks and fortunes. And hence, the disruptions faced by the HR Department, are to be taken as challenges and can be overcome by the business.

They are some primary factors which can be easily surpassed and make the business grow to a wider level.

FACING THE CHALLENGEThe Recruitment of the candidates can be made looking

to those who are freshers rather than an experienced one. This would minimize the amount of salary offered.

Looking for candidates in and around the locality would be benefitted. This would reduce the commutation expenses spent on a trainee who travels from town side.

Thus, the Budgeting has to be strong enough to spend it on a particular resource.

The geographical factors also should be known in order to boost the sales.

-CONTD Proper power supply has to be taken care of. The business

being into e-commerce is essential to have good and updated technology. This would result into sales of the products and eventually a wider growth.

The amount spent on Training & Development could be balanced by the other Departments like the Social Media which would be working for the social networking.

The more users registered, the more would be the sales and hence there would be cash inflow.
