There's great impact potential in connecting youth over food, and in empowering them to startinitiativesthatbridgeinterculturaldifferences, themselves.Butfortrulyharnessingthispotential, ourlatest knowledge and experiences should support it. So you all will see that food could be a greatinstrument in interculturaleducation.Weallrealisedthisuniqueroleofthefoodandthat'swhywedecidedtokeepitasatopicfornextyouthexchange,wherewewillbringtogether75peoplefrom15countriesoftheEuropeandneighboringcountries.
