Ribbon and trims can add softness to a room that’s all business. Storing supplies in glass jars (see cover) that have been adorned with pretty ribbons and chipboard flowers gives you organization with style.

Photographs and frame accents can help set an easy ambiance.

Remove the glass from your frame and use one of your favorite scrapbook paper patterns to cover the entire frame, adhere. Create a photo mat by cutting a center square out of cardstock. Use simple ribbons to adhere to the edges of the frame and mat. Pop in your favorite photo and you have created the perfect decorative focal point in no time flat.

For a fraction of the cost and more beautiful than you can find in fancy boutiques, these one-of-a-kind soap wraps are a true instant gratification.

Create wraps using various coordinating scrapbook papers for your favorite scented bar of soap. Bring out all your favorite embellishments like buttons, charms, paper flowers, chipboard shapes and bits of jewelry wire... a great project to use all those odds & ends you have tucked away. Soap wraps can be addicting, so we bet you can’t stop at just one. We sure couldn’t!

Every room can use a personal and sentimental touch. So why not bring in a great memory photo with an 8½ x 11 layout?

Trim down a piece of cardstock as we did with the blue. Adhere to an 8½ x 11 piece of brown cardstock. Mat a great photo onto cardstock and attach eyelets in two corners. Lace eyelets with ribbons. Layer photo to a patterned scrapbook paper and then adhere to your cardstock page. Add your embellishments and place on an easel or in a frame to display.

Everyday towels have never looked so good! This is an easy decorative touch that is a true indulgence for family and guests.

Neatly roll up a towel and layer two scrapbook papers to wrap around it, as pictured. Tie up with coordinating ribbon and trim. Another beautiful idea is to stack various sized linens and using fancy trim, ribbons and a charming handmade tag, tie them up like a lovely gift. Add a charm, a kind word, or even your guests name.

Look for your favorite scrapbooking supplies at your local Hobby Lobby...

spa time

waste basket envy

Creating this decorative clock is definitely time well spent!

Remove the glass or plastic covering from the clock. (It can be helpful to use as your template for cutting the new clock face from scrapbook paper). Remove the clock hands carefully. Cut your clock face to fit and adhere over existing face. Punch circle from cardstock and adhere in the appropriate spots. Apply number stickers to circle centers, replace clock hands and hang.

Toss it, pitch it, throw it away... any way you say it, why not make it pretty?

Adhere stylish scrapbook paper and pretty ribbons to a plain wooden waste basket. Even your trash will look good in this project!

Use trays to organize and display all those bathroom necessities, while also creating a bigger decorative impact in a small space. The paper-covered trays not only pull through our subtle color palette, they also bring a hint of pattern.

Simply trim your scrapbook paper to cover your tray and adhere with adhesive. If desired, a water-proof sealer may be applied.
