One third of them will fall victim to some sort of cancer

The Pink Ribbon became a symbol for Breast Cancer Awareness in 1991
The Susan G. Komen Foundation handed out Pink Ribbons to participants in its ‘New York City Race For Breast Cancer Survivors’

90% go to accredited breast cancer projects
10% is labeled for administrative support
Breast Cancer Awareness MonthEver since 1985, October has been
the official Breast Cancer Awareness Month
Pink Ribbon and variousother organisations organise events and activities that increase awareness and raise funds at the same time
On Pink Ribbon’s website, you can easily get in contact with breast cancer victims, survivors and other affected through their blog and forum
