Thanks for including me in the loop on this.
l don't see any reason why we need to pay someone to be out
treasurer.Jens is skilled as handling all the paperwork and
preparing the officialboard of election filings, All we need to do
is find a CPA person who canreview the report for accuracy, approve
the financial procedures and signthe reports.Jens will follow up
with his perspective and next step plan to take care ofthis.

& We are mailing you an OH form which needs to be
completed,& Also I mentioned to Melanic that we need to appoint
a treasurer ASAP to& sign checks etc. We are headed back to
Florida next week and will return& to prepare for the move.
& Melanic mentioned that you have a campaign director but I
recommend that& you appoint someone different as treasurer.
This is a big job with the& recordkeeping and IRS filings and
campaign filings with the board of& elections. I believe it
should be a paid position and would recommend an& annual
stipend of $5000. Our firm has been providing these services&
without pay for at least 10 years and Lynn has been with me every
step& along the way. She is familiar with all the
administrative details and& filings and with a little arm
twisting she may be persuaded to take the& job.
