RESPONSIBILITIES

President: Lucy Liu

I am responsible for overlooking and guiding each department and their subsequent activities from week to week shows, to any special events throughout the year. I also manage both internal

and external operations, and works closely with VPs to ensure smooth progression.

Vice President: Grace Ng

I am responsible for coordinating with the President, VP of Mandarin Department, Directors and all fellow executive members to ensure there is smooth communication within all levels in Chinese Perspectives. I am also in charge of preparing, arranging and hosting weekly meetings to go through our weekly shows and any special events coming up, as well as managing all internal operation channels within the organization.

Promotion& Media Director: Sharon Cheung

I am responsible for guiding my executives in their activities that involve promoting shows and events; and doing media related work.I work closely with other directors to ensure

smooth internal work structure. Also, I maintain good connections with CHRW and

other clubs in Western to provide the best CP can for their listeners. Old executives include

Sarah Tang and Eric Si. New executives we have consists of Eva Lo, Joyce Lun, and Vicky Lo.

Program Director: Emily Siu

I am responsible for monitoring the quality of the weekly shows. I host program workshops about show quality and provide feedback to the hosts. The program executives are also specialized in tech to minimize technical errors. Executives include Celia Liang, Kinson Choi,and Miles Xu

Production Director: Eva Ho

I am responsible for creating special contents such as dramas and songs. I provide innovative ideas and elements to our weekly radio shows. My team and I produce radio dramas to enrich our radio program. We work closely with the promotion department to create song recordings and radio advertisements. Also, we provide support to our tech team an d CPSP.

Finance Director: Keith Lau

I am responsible for looking for sponsors to promote Chinese Perspectives. Our department also acts as a bridge to maintain a strong relationship between the sponsors and the radio. In addition, I design an annual budget assumption to estimate the financial capability of the radio. Executives include Maggie Chan and Jeremy Sung. We are all dedicated to contribute to the financial department of Chinese Perspective.

最危險機場

盧卡拉機場 (尼泊爾)

盧卡拉機場係尼泊爾東部盧卡拉鎮上一個小型機場。機場

建喺懸崖上，只有一條 U 型跑道，長度唔夠五百米，只夠

一架飛機飛過，而且跑道口下面就係萬丈深淵，而 400 幾

米嘅直行跑道盡頭亦係山壁。飛機降落盧卡拉機場亦非常

驚險，機師要對準懸崖上嘅跑道口，當機輪一著地就要立

即刹機，等飛機可以緊急停喺跑道上，如果你無扣好安全

帶好大機會受傷。

Juancho E. Yrausquin 機場 (沙巴)

Juancho E. Yrausquin 機場係沙巴島上唯一嘅機場，

部份飛行專家認為該機場係世界上最危險嘅機場，擁

有世界上最短嘅跑道，只有 400 米，而且一邊喺高

山，兩頭係懸崖，下面係大海，不過機場從未發生重

大事故。

茱莉安娜公主國際機場 (聖馬丁島)

聖馬丁島上的朱莉安娜機場的位置條件非常極端：在跑

道的一端，起飛需要快速上升以避開陡峭的多山地形；

而在跑道的另一端，降落的飛機會直接滑行到海邊。降

落跑道非常靠近酒店，飛機會從海灘遊客頭上 2,3 米的

空中飛過，在海灘上散步的人們和在跑道尾端行駛的車

輛，給飛行員帶來挑戰。

直布羅陀機場跑道 (英國)

由於歷史地理條件限制，直布羅陀機場跑道和馬路建埋

一齊。溫斯頓•邱吉爾大道係直布羅陀最繁忙嘅道路，直

接穿過機場跑道。每次有飛機升落時，道口欄杆會落下

禁止車輛通過。

高雪維爾機場 (法國)

Courchevel 係法國阿爾卑斯山某滑雪勝地嘅名字，其機

場亦唔嘢少！跑道長 525 米，斜度 18.5 度，所以飛機降

落時要從上坡道減速，起飛時要下坡加速。飛行員必須有

認證，先可以挑戰 Courchevel 機場。

唔知喜歡旅行嘅你有冇諗過去以下嘅地方？這些地方擁

有世界上最危險嘅機場。 大家有機會可以去睇驗一下佢

地驚險之處!!

Super Duper Necessary Products for

Lazy People

How many times have you heard people or you saying “I am so lazy to…”? We

get lazy all the time, we always think that time is yet to be wasted. We’d rather spend

more time sleeping, texting, gaming, whatever you call it. Today, I brought some

products to share you all about the absolutely necessary products lazy people must

have in their lives.

Prism Glasses:

We can no longer be forced to sit upright while watching TV or

reading our textbooks.

The Hair Dryer Stand:

Sometimes we realize how weak our arms are to lift this heavy hot machine for a good 5 minutes.

The Toilet Paper Extender: Just nod and say yes you need it.

Sauce-dispensing chopsticks: We are Chinese, we use chopsticks. Who wastes time pouring soy sauce whenever we want sushi?

Toilet Lid Pedal: Every man would get it!

A Baby Mop Outfit: At last,

why don’t we put babies to good use?

In February 2014 you can expect a reinvigorated sentimental life. Venus, the ruler of Aries' house of couples, will end its retrograde movement on January 31st 2014. Friends could be helpful, giving you advice, mediating or having other such beneficial interference. Participating in the social life or various group activities will also be beneficial to the relationship.
