Perfect venue for reception
After the bride her-self, the wedding cake isusually the secondbiggest centre of atten-tion at a wedding recep-tion (though probablyclose to equally beauti-ful).
Gone are the days oftraditional fruit cake.
Wedding confectioncan be any size, shapeand flavour, fitting yourheart's desire.
Whatever youchoose, your cake shouldreflect your tastes, per-sonality, and comple-ment the food at thereception.
FEVER FOR THEFLAVOUR
Forget traditionalfruit cake, modern bridesare embracing their indi-viduality and personaltaste by choosingflavours they love.
TIER IT UPIf you're having trou-
ble narrowing down oneflavour, why not makeeach tier a differentflavour?
Give your guestssome options for a caketo remember!
YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR
A well known sayingin the cake industry
states that "cheap cakeisn't good and good cakeisn't cheap!"
This could not onlylead to the cake having abad icing-job, but inter-nal structural problems.
The last thing youneed on your weddingday is having your cakecollapse or problemswith the flavour itself.
Bad cakes often tasteoverly salty, sugary, orfatty.
So do your researchand keep an eagle-eyeout for any suspiciouslylow prices!
SERVE THE CAKE AS DESSERT!
Save on money andmake your cake the cen-tre of attention - it's cre-ated to be.
This way, your cakewon't lie half eaten andforgotten on the side ofthe dance floor.
