Project 4: Co-consultant with Gibb: Civil Engineer (RE) at Waainek Wind Farm in Grahamstown. Client – InnoWind / Vestas. We were responsible for civil quality, design reviews, reviewing of quality documents and design reports. (Roads, concrete bases, substation)

Malibongwe Makapela’s military career Malibongwe is a serving member of the SANDF Reserves since 1998. He has completed a number of military courses between 1998 and 2003. After completing a Platoon Commander’s Course at Infantry School in Oudtshoorn he was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant since 2004. LABORATORY SERVICES ENGLAB is a trading branch of Makapela Engineers & Project Managers (Pty) Ltd. as well as various site laboratories. ENGLAB The laboratory was established in July 2017 as a commercial testing laboratory for the construction fraternity and other commercial work. ENGLAB is maintaining quality standards of ISO 17025 and is in the process of being accredited. SITE LABORATORIES ENGLAB plans to operate various site laboratories throughout South Africa on various projects of SANRAL, National & Provincial Department of Transport, National & Provincial Department of Public Works, Municipalities, Contractors, Consultants and Private Developers.
