Upliftment -list
This Upliftment list is meant to help you control
your vibration and from that, to create totally the
life you want.
Because vibration is everything.
The height of your vibration attracts the
experiences in your life.
So, nothing more important than to control it so
you control how your life looks like.
This is a list of things you can do to raise your
vibration. It helps you escape bad feelings.
And it helps you feel even better if you have already
a very good day.
• Several songs that proven give you a good feeling
• Have comedy series or even nature series on
speed-dial
• Is there a nice book to read, also on your mobile.
• Or a book with inspirational copy
• Organize a nice moment, an evening out to the
movies, or see what is going on in theater. Call
some friends to make an appointment. Or think
about a delicious dinner you want to prepare.
• Make one or more videos with holiday pictures or
from other situations that give you a good feeling
and put them on your mobile.
• Think about one of your best moment in life. By
starting with it when you are in a good mood, you
build up positive momentum. By using one
situation every time the power of it gets stronger
and easier to reach.
• Take a walk or get on your bike
• Some people get happy from cleaning (certainly
not me).
• Start with a guided meditation
• Listen a motivational video or podcast
• Read through some quotes that you like
• Take a shower or a bath and take the time for
yourself
• Cuddle with your dog or cat
• Call a friend who is known as an Uplifter• If you
have a vision board or a written version of your
dreams; take time to dive into it
• Promise yourself a nice lunch or walk during your
break and fantasize about it already. That way you
build up the energy and the good feeling have
already started to flow
• Send a nice message to a loved one.
• Watch pictures of loved ones or nice occasions,
like a party or picnic where you were having fun.
• Write something. I loved writing spiritual text in a
book. Slowly. Making it beautiful. That way it is
some kind of meditation.
• If you have a creative hobby, do something with it.
Only making space in your head to create a new
idea helps
• If you like sports, take some time for it and if you
have no time, just think about the moment you
have. Fantasize about that run or time in the gym
already.
• If you have a party ahead, you’re looking forward
to, just think about what you will wear, how you
will prepare, what fun you will have, etc.
• Do research of a new habit you can create or
something new you can do on the weekend
• Take some time to breathe deeply and slowly. Feel
your whole body. Just a minute. Or 2.• Try
something new like hand-reflex-massage. It
distracts and relaxes at the same time. And it is
good for your health
• Start experimenting with Mudra’s. Positions for
your hands that have an effect on your energy. Look
at google and try some out. A good way to change
your vibration
• If you like Yoga, Tai Chi or some other form. Make
some movements and energy will change right
away
• Write in a dairy.
• Write good feeling works time after time
• Watch outside, very concentrated and intense.
• The same you can do to a painting or flowers
I think I gave you some ideas here.
Make a list of your own and have it available.

Be conscious of your feelings
Practice awareness so you can take action as soon
as you feel less than how you want to feel.
Have fun with it.
