About keyboard shortcuts
You can quickly perform tasks by using keyboard shortcuts one or more keys that you press on the keyboard to complete a task. For example, when you press
+P the Print dialog box opens.
Notes
Keyboard shortcut descriptions refer to the U.S. keyboard layout. Keys on other keyboard layouts might not correspond to the keys on a U.S. keyboard. Keyboard shortcuts
for laptop computers might also dier.
The settings in some versions of the Macintosh operating system and some utility applications might conflict with keyboard shortcuts and function key operations in Oice.
For information about changing the key assignment of a keyboard shortcut, see Mac Help for your version of the Macintosh operating system or see your utility
application.

Is it possible to get a print out of the most common keyboard shortcuts for Excel 2011 on the mac? (copying from the website and pasting into one's own document results in a
messy format.)

Hi Ratna, To help preserve most of the formatting try copying and pasting each section individually. For example, expand the first section "Working with file, applications, and tools". Select that section title and drag your mouse cursor down to the end of that table within that same section. Now copy and paste it into
Word. I noticed that you'll need to scale the contents down in order for it to fit it properly. To scale the contents in Word go to the "File" menu in Word, select
"Page Setup..." then type in 50%, then press OK. That scaling selection should allow the contents to fit properly within the Word document.
Note, there are other methods for getting the contents to fit, but this may be one of the easier approaches.
Once you've copied that first section, continue this same approach until you have all of the sections inserted into the Word document. Hope that helps!
