Es por esto que la ciudad se ha planteado como una de sus prioridades principales reducir el número de escaparates comerciales vacantes o abandonados. En el 2014, la Ciudad creó un programa normativo de registro de escaparates vacantes o abandonados a través de la Ordenanza 182-14, la cual requiere que los propietarios de las propiedades se registren anualmente y den mantenimiento a cada escaparate vacante o abandonado que ellos poseen con el Departamento de Inspección de Edificios (DBI).

Reporte anual requerido por parte de un profesional conlicencia, el cual será contratado y pagado por el propietariode la propiedad, confirmando que el interior y exterior delescaparate han recibido mantenimiento de acuerdo al código.Este reporte anual se vence cuando el propietario renueva ypaga el registro anual del escaparate.

¡ACTÚE AHORA PARA CUMPLIR CON LA ORDENANZA DE CONSERVACIÓN COMERCIAL!La Ordenanza de Conservación Comercial de Agua de San Francisco requiere que las propiedades comerciales cuenten con instalaciones de plomería eficientes y conformes a los códigos y que se reemplacen instalaciones antiguas que desperdician agua. Los propietarios tienen requerido proporcionar una Declaración jurada de Conservación de Agua comercial a DBI para el 1/1/2017. Si todavía no lo ha hecho, por favor haga una de las siguientes cosas para cumplir:
