terrace Victorian residence just a few minutes flat walk from the Town Centre, 70 metres from the Sea Front, and a short stroll

to the Harbour & Estuary. The Bus and Railway Stations, next to the Sports Centre,

Gym & Swimming Pool, are about ten minutes walk. Frequent Bus and Rail

services are available to and from Exeter City & we are 8 miles from Exeter Airport.

We offer exceptional bed and breakfast facilities in a warm and cosy Guest House

in a prime location for the Town Centre, Sea Front, Harbour and other local amenities.

We have six comfortably appointed rooms, two Family rooms each with a Double and Single bed, two Double / Twin rooms, one Twin bedded room and one Single room.

Most rooms have full en-suite facilities. The Single room is furnished with its own

separate private bathroom suite. All rooms have freeview digital TV’s, DVD Players,

Refreshment Trays & free Hi Speed Wi-Fi Internet Access.

Our renowned breakfasts comprise buffet style starters with hot Toast & Preserves, a fine selection of fresh Fruit, Cereals &

Fruit Juices with Coffee or Tea.

This is followed by the ‘Clinton Grill’, a traditional full English Breakfast of

grilled Sausages, Bacon, local free range Fried Egg, Hash Brown, Baked Beans, Toast & Tomatoes. Or why not try our

Oak Smoked Mackerel or Kippers ?

Vegetarian option available. Should you have any other special dietary

requirements, we are always happy to do our best to accommodate.

Exmouth is a delightful seaside town that has remained largely unchanged over the years and has two miles of

wonderful sandy beach. The town centre has a pedestrian shopping precinct

featuring a fascinating variety of local shops and larger stores. Exmouth Indoor Market itself has many stalls and shops

offering an assortment of goods at bargain prices.

The town has a large number of excellent

Restaurants, Café’s, Take Away’s and Public Houses all within easy walking

distance. There’s a multi screen Cinema or why not enjoy a show at the Pavilion Theatre, a five minute stroll along the

Sea Front from Clinton House.

We keep a wide range of informative leaflets about local attractions & events &

maintain a file of menus of our guests favourite restaurants and eateries.

The Tourist Information Centre in Manor Gardens, a 2 minute walk away, provides extensive details about places of interest, travel, excursions, leisure and sporting

activities can be found.
