Woodbury Common’s many footpaths, or take the train to the City of Exeter .

Throughout the year the locality provides Habitat for a wide range of rare wildfowl

and wading birds. Locally based Stuart Line provide an excellent cruise service in and around the estuary & coastline. On your

to the Harbour & Estuary. The Bus and Railway Stations, next to the Sports Centre,

Exmouth is a delightful seaside town that has remained largely unchanged over the years and has two miles of

wonderful sandy beach. The town centre has a pedestrian shopping precinct

featuring a fascinating variety of local shops and larger stores. Exmouth Indoor Market itself has many stalls and shops

offering an assortment of goods at bargain prices.

The town has a large number of excellent

Restaurants, Café’s, Take Away’s and Public Houses all within easy walking

distance. There’s a multi screen Cinema or why not enjoy a show at the Pavilion Theatre, a five minute stroll along the

Sea Front from Clinton House.

We keep a wide range of informative leaflets about local attractions & events &

maintain a file of menus of our guests favourite restaurants and eateries.

The Tourist Information Centre in Manor Gardens, a 2 minute walk away, provides extensive details about places of interest, travel, excursions, leisure and sporting

activities can be found.
