2 Tokyo KamakuraAfter breakfast we begin our Japanese tour. Wefirst come to Kamakura and visit the Tokyo BayAqua-Line, a bridgetunnel combination acrossTokyo Bay in Japan.

The road opened onDecember 18, 1997 after 23 years of planning and9 years of construction at a cost of 1.44 trillion yen!Later we go to Hachiman Shrine whereJapanese worship their God of War. 3Kamakura Hakone Tokyo

After breakfast we proceed to Hakone aUNESCO designated Geopark. Famous for its hotspring and the magnificent view of Mt. Fuji, you willbe stunned by all natural beauty of Hakone. Weshall also enjoy a cruise journey on Lake Ashibefore heading to Nagasaki Peace Park established in 1955, commemorating the atomicbombing of the city on August 9, 1945 duringWorld War II. At the park's north end is the 10-meter-tall Peace Statue created by sculptor SeiboKitamura of Nagasaki Prefecture. The statue'sright hand points to the threat of nuclear weaponswhile the extended left hand symbolizes eternal

peace. The mild face symbolizes divine grace andthe gently closed eyes offer a prayer for therepose of the bomb victims' souls. Then we headto the Worlds famous Mt. Fuji 5th Station at yourown expenses. The mountain has been selectedas a cultural rather than a natural heritage site.As per UNESCO, Mount Fuji has inspired artistsand poets and been the object of pilgrimage forcenturies. 5th Station is a great place for viewingthe entire mountain. 4 TokyoAfter breakfast, we first head to the ImperialPalace of Tokyo the residence of the royal family and visit the double bridge (Nijubashi) over themoat. The bridge is a symbol of the Palace.Afterwards we go to the Tokyo Skytree. With aheight of 634 metres, it is a broadcasting,

restaurant, and observation tower in Sumida. Andthen we proceed to Senso-ji, an ancient Buddhisttemple. It is Tokyos oldest temple, and one of itsmost significant. The Nakamise-dori is a street onthe approach to the temple, which housing manytraditional shops for souvenirs. Meiji Shrine wasbuilt in dedication to Emperor Meiji and EmpressShoken. The original shrine was destroyed during

World War II; the current one was re-built in 1958.This area is covered by an evergreen forest thatconsists of 120,000 trees of 365 different species,which were donated by people from all parts ofJapan when the shrine was established.
