MILAN
Upon arrival at Milan Airport, we will be
met by our Local Representative and then
take a short orientation City Tour of Milan
including Milan Cathedral, Church of St.
Mary of Grace (Santa Maria delle Grazie),
The Duomo and the Center of the Town.
Afternoon at leisure in Milan to rest after
our long flight. `Dinner and Overnight at
our Hotel.
Wednesday, October 13, 1999
MILAN/VERONA/PADUA
After Breakfast at our Hotel, we depart
Milan on our way to Verona. Arrival at
Verona, and a short visit to the Center of
the Town. Later, we continue to Padua,
home of St. Anthony, Patron Saint of
‘Things Lost’. Holy Mass at the Basilica
built in his honor. Dinner and Overnight in
Padua.
Thursday, October 14, 1999
VENICE
Breakfast at our Hotel. Then we drive to
Venice, one of the world’s unique cities.
We celebrate Holy Mass at St. Mark’s
Cathedral, after which we stroll through the
Square, visiting Doges Palace and the
Bridge of Sights. After spending time in
beautiful Venice, we return to our Hotel in
Padua for Dinner and Overnight.
Friday, October 15, 1999
PISA/FLORENCE
Today, we will have Breakfast at our Hotel
and then take our motorcoach and drive to
Pisa, the historic town situated on the Arno
River. We visit the Piazza Dei Miracoli,
the Cathedral and Baptistery with its
famous Organ & Echo, and the world-
renewed Leaning Tower. After Holy Mass,
we continue to Florence. Dinner and
Overnight at Our Hotel.
Saturday, October 16, 1999
FLORENCE
Morning Breakfast and Holy Mass,
followed by a guided tour of Florence. We
visit the Academy Museum to see the
original painting of David, onto the
Cathedral S. Maria Del Fiore, the Duomo,
the Baptistery with the Golden doors of
Ghiberti, Giotto’s Bell Tower and onto the
historical center of the town Piazza Della
Signoria. Afternoon at leisure in Florence
for a time of relaxation. Dinner and
Overnight at our Hotel.
Sunday, October 17, 1999
FLORENCE/SIENA/ASSISI
This morning, after Breakfast, we drive
through the wine region to the city of
Sienna, birthplace of St. Catherine, Virgin
and Doctor of the Church. Our short visit
will include the Cross from which St. Catherine
received the Stigmata. We stroll through the
silent narrow streets from the central square of
Piazza Del Campo, to the Piazza Del Duomo,
overshadowed by the tall marble Cathedral.
Continue to Assisi. Dinner and Overnight at our
Hotel.

ASSISI/SAN GIOVANNI ROTONDO
Holy Mass and Breakfast in Assisi.
Morning Tour of the places associated
with St. Francis and Santa Clara,
including the Basilica of St. Francis, the
Crypt and spend time shopping for
religious items. In the afternoon, continue
to San Giovanni Rotondo. Arrival and
transfer to our Hotel for Dinner and
Overnight.

S.G.ROTONDO/LANCIANO/ROME
Depart Assisi after Breakfast to San
Giovanni where we first visit the Church of
St. Maria Delle Grazie, then pay a visit to
the Tomb of the Capuchin monk blest with
the Stigmata for 50 years. Continue to
Lanciano, site of the 8th century ‘Miracle of
the Eucharist’ displayed in the Monstrance.
Continue to Rome. Arrival and transfer to
our Hotel for Overnight.

MADABA / MOUNT NEBO / DEAD SEA Transfer to the border crossing on the River Jordan where our tour guide from Jordan will meet us and take us up to Madaba to visit the church famous for its mosaic floor showing the Holy Land from the 6th century. Then to Mount Nebo to visit the church and the place where Moses saw the Promised Land. We stop at the Dead Sea where we can feel the salty water.

PETRA An unforgettable day in Petra. We depart our hotel and drive to Petra and take our horses or walk through the Siq and see the water channels until you reached the spectacular Treasury all carved in the rock. We discover royal tombs, amphitheater and many ruins all carved in the rock. Return to our hotel.

CROSS BORDER INTO ISRAEL/ JERICHO / RIVER JORDAN /
/NAZARETH This morning we will cross the border into Israel. We cross Sheikh Hussein Bridge into Israel. Then we drive down through the
Judean Desert to Jericho to see the ruins of the ancient city and view the Mount of Temptation. Then we stop at the baptismal site on the River Jordan. On to Nazareth for dinner and overnight.

NAZARETH / CANA / SEA OF GALILEE REGION
This morning we visit Nazareth, the village in which Jesus grew up and lived. We visit the house of the Holy Family. Then, we visit Joseph’s workshop and explore the magnificent Basilica of the Annunciation, Mary’s Well, and the Church of the Old Synagogue, which marks the beginning of Jesus’ public ministry. We will stop in Cana and visit the Church where Jesus performed His first public miracle at the wedding. We will have the opportunity to renew our wedding vows. Then to Tiberias and the sites around the Sea of Galilee: Capernaum, Mount of Beatitudes, and St. Peter’s Primacy. Enjoy a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee.

NAZARETH / HAIFA / MOUNT CARMEL/ OLD JAFFA /
JERUSALEM This morning we visit Haifa and Mount Carmel to see the Cave of the Prophet Elijah and then farther, on Mount Carmel, we visit El-Muhraka, the place where the prophet challenged the priests of Baal. In Tel Aviv, we visit Old Jaffa and the Church of St. Peter. On to Jerusalem for overnight.

GARDEN OF GETHSEMANE/ BETHLEHEM/EIN KAREM
We start at the Mount of Olives with a spectacular view of the Old City of Jerusalem. Then we visit the Church of Pater Noster, and down to the Church of Dominus Flevit, the Garden of Gethsemane and the Church of All Nations. Continue to Bethlehem to visit the Church of the Nativity, Holy Manger, St. Catherine Basilica and then down to the Shepherds’ Field. On the way back, we stop in Ein Karem to visit the Church of the Visitation.
Saturday, December 7, 2019 OLD CITY OF JERUSALEM/
MOUNT ZION/ CHRISTMAS TREE LIGHTING
Early morning transfer to the Old City to have our own procession of the “Way of the Cross” ending with Mass at the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. After Mass we return to our hotel for breakfast and later we start our walking tour of the Old City by visiting the Church of St. Anne, the Pools of Bethesda, Ecce Homo and walk through the Cardo to the Wailing Wall. On Mount Zion, we visit the Upper Room and the Church of St. Peter in Gallicantu. In the evening we join in the Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony and the musical bands singing Christmas hymns.

Della Republica with the Fountain, Piazza
Venezia, the Roman Forum and Capitol.
Visit the Coliseum, Arch of Constantine,
Basilica of St. Paul outside the Walls and
Church of St. Peter in Chains. Return to
our Hotel for overnight.

We depart Amman on flight EK902 to Dubai, at 11:15am. Arrive Dubai at 4:05pm, where we will be greeted by our tour guide and bus driver. We transfer to one of the malls for dinner (on your own) and shopping.
Tuesday, December 10, 2019 DUBAI / ABU DHABI
We take a city tour. Sample the historic sites and vibrant cosmopolitan life of Dubai on this comprehensive tour. The tour starts with a photo-stop at the famous landmark of Dubai, Burj Al Arab. Proceed to Jumeirah, the picturesque palace and residential area of Dubai, also pass by the famous Jumeirah Mosque. The tour continues to Al Bastakiya, the old part of Dubai, to reach the spice souk. We visit Abu Dhabi, capital of the Emirates, known as the Arabian Jewel. Jebel Ali Port, the biggest man-made port in the world is one of the landmarks that we pass on the way to Abu Dhabi. Lunch and dinner not included.

Desert Safari. This tour departs across the desert with photo-stops during an exciting dune drive and visit a camel farm. The drive continues across the desert. Watch the beautiful sunset in the desert. Reach our campsite, where you will have the opportunity to do camel riding, sand boarding and try out a henna design on hands or feet. After working up an appetite enjoy a delicious barbecue.
