We refer to your instructions and confirm that inspections were carried out at the properties below to establish the condition of those properties on the dates shown. The dilapidation reports were carried out in relation to the road works to be undertaken for the above intersection upgrade.

The dilapidation reports are in the form of photographs/ videos of the conditions of the above properties with narration of the items observed. A copy is attached on USB. The surveys involve the assessment of the structural conditions of the internal and external components of the buildings prior to the commencement of work by the RMS.

Each report has been prepared on the basis of a ‘walk through’ inspection by Richard Weller of Cardno on the dates noted. At the time of the inspection, all visible cracks were isolated to the items as observed.
