Team Building - Manage the stars
Stars bring glory ; but can also cause a fall. To get the stars
to work for the team andnot themselves only is a leaders job.
Bindiya the senior most player refused to cooperate till nearly
the very end but Kabir
never let her dominate .
As a Psychologist Leader, in the semi finals, he got her
compliance and motivation
by giving her the mandate she wanted.
Komal and Priti, the shooters were the brightest stars but were
competing with each
other- they would not pass the ball to the other because each
wanted to score. Kabir
confronted them and let them resolve the issue personally The
gender card united
Komal and Priti; and Komal allowed Priti to score the goal in
the Finals

Preeti Sabharwal needed to prove to her fiance her worth `as she
