There are a few simple steps for your merchant to get set up and their order placed. 1) Create an Account. (make sure they select Chase
Paymentech as the customer type)2) Select “Chase Paymentech” under Buy Now.3) They will need to enter a New Merchant with the
information provide by Chase Paymentech.4) Pick the product and options.(Purchase or Lease)5) Complete the order by confirming your choice,
shipping address and entering payment information.

Since they are still not logged in, they either need to create an account, or sign in as a first step. They can do that by either clicking on Buy Now which will remind them of that, and direct them to the right page, or selecting either Create account link on the page.

This is what they will see. They need to fill in their information. Fields with an * are required and make sure when they select a customer type, they pick “Chase Paymentech” This is how Estore knows to present Chase Paymentech products for them to order.

Note: They can use this account for as many orders as they would like.

Then select “Chase Paymentech” under the Buy Now tab or page.

This is to make it very clear what the actual ordering steps are, then lead them into the process.
Now they start the actual order by clicking the Buy Now button
The remaining steps are laid out.

Now they will need to create the merchant for the order. Remember once they have an account, they can enter orders for multiple stores, merchants, etc.
To enter the merchant information, they will select “Enter New Merchant”
T H E N S TA R T T H E O R D E R I N G P R O C E S SMerchant puts in their business information. This is where they will need the Chase Paymentech merchant information. (PNS Client ID, PNS Merchant ID (MID), and PNS Terminal ID (TID) and Chase Rep email)

Note: We now allow them to easily specify a different ship to location.
