The Scone Horse Festival Committee and Upper Hunter Shire Council do not accept responsibility for injuries sustained by participants or any damage to property. 2. The above mentioned vehicle(s) must meet the legal requirements for a registered vehicle. 3. Please note that we aim to expand the number of horses in the parade with as many horse entries as possible. Priority will therefore be given to equine over non-equine entries. 4. No alcohol is to be consumed or displayed by any parade participant. No promotional material or items of any kind can be thrown from parade entries during the course of the parade. 5. The Scone Horse Festival Committee has the right to refuse entries. 6. Children must be supervised by appropriate number of responsible adults.
