Welcome to the new school year! It is with great pleasure that I welcome parents

and students to our school.

As educators, we are proud and excited to begin a new school year. I am looking for-

ward to the year before us. This is CEIA’s sixty-first school year. And...It is my first

year here. I am absolutely delighted to be part of the CEIA Learning Community.

We are honored to be here to work with you to enhance student learning. Together

as a community of learners we are preparing our students for the future.

We look forward to meeting the needs of your children and your family by providing the highest quality learning and care experiences available. And Remember—Together we can make this a wonderful 2016-2017 school year.

Open House– August 24, 2016 This awesome event started with introductions and a musical presentation by our talented CEIA staff in the lobby. It was followed by parents meeting the teachers and other members of the CEIA learning community, visiting the classrooms, having conversations, and learning about programs, and the curriculum. Parents got the opportunity to sign-up for a leading role in the PTA.

Thank you for joining us!

CEIA School Board CEIA staff all participated in Orientation August 8-12. Together we discovered ways to strengthen our learning community to enhance student learning. Our most generous CEIA School Board provided a BBQ for the staff to celebrate the learning and the beginning of a very exciting and new school year. Thank you CEIA School Board!

PTA Teamwork is a major goal for the PTA. Research has

shown that parent involvement at any level can benefit

your child. The PTA can offer this opportunity. PTA is

run by many parent volunteers that juggle family life

and work life in an

effort to benefit our

children's school.

PTA had their 1st

Bake Sale on Sept

2, 2016. It was

greatly appreciated

by students and

staff. Thank you

PTA!
