Be it a private dinner for ten, a lavish cocktail party for a hundred, or a corporate function for a thousand, we will meet and exceed your every need. Choose from artful buffets, elegant multi-course dinners, or stylish tray service. From there, we will provide a sophisticated staff, rentals, linens, lighting, floral arrangements, and most importantly, the finest gourmet cuisine.

We use the freshest ingredients locally sourced from Southern California’s finest sustainable farms. From there, Executive Chef and Owner, Kelly Boyer, designs imaginative and delicious menus spanning savory beginnings to sweet endings. If you have a dish in mind and don’t see it on our menu, we will happily cater to your special request. Vegan offerings and menus free of gluten, sugar, soy and/or dairy are always available upon request. At PALETA, we believe that listening to you is the first step toward making your event both memorable and extraordinary.

Our service begins with our staff of highly trained chefs and their combined years of experience. Arriving at your location punctually, one of our master chefs will lead a team of professional servers focused on pampering you and your guests. From setup to cleanup, you will not have to lift a finger, as the PALETA team manages your event with courtesy and efficiency.

If you’d like to enjoy our cuisine, but do not need staff at your event, have PALETA Platters delivered to your door. Simply unwrap and serve, and we’ll pick up the empty platters when you’re done – a terrific way to save time and impress your guests. We also prepare beautiful and creative picnic boxes and baskets for your el fresco dining activities… perfect for the beach or outdoor concerts.
