Objective:- By the end of the session the trainees will make a list of Inferences from it.

The Activity:- 1. The teams are divided into group of 6.2. The team is made to stand in a circle.3. Each member of the group is recognised by numbers from 1-6.4. The Facilitator is given 10 Potatoes.5. The Number ‘1’ is given a potato to throw it to ‘2’ and ‘2’

throws it to ‘3’ and so on until every member gets the potato.6. Every member must remember the person they are throwing to

and the person they are receiving from.7. As the activity progresses, the number of Potatoes will be

added by the facilitator.8. If the team thinks that the Numbers are confusing, after certain

rounds, they can do the same without taking any names or numbers, by just having the eye contact.

9. This way the efficiency increases.

Inferences:-1. Team work.2. Effective communication.3. Every Problem is a problem, there is no big or small problem (a

member related it to the size of the potatoes).4. Do what you are supposed to do.5. When in problem, stop, think and then act.
