Key Personnel
SCOTT MACLEAN |Managing Director Scott, along with wife Rachel, is the Founder and Managing Director of Redline Plumbing. With 20 years’ experience (16 in Darwin) in the construction industry as a certified plumber and drainer, and residential builder, Scott and his team are 100% committed to providing a second to none service.
With Scott’s Aboriginal heritage, he is looking forward to return to his home town Dalby, Queensland to expand what he started in Darwin.
RACHEL MACLEAN | CEO/ Quality Assurer Rachel, along with husband Scott, is the Founder and Director of Redline Plumbing. With 15 years’ experience as a Qualified Quality Assurer and Auditor, Rachel is devoted to making sure all plumbing, construction and building regulations are met during the course of every project that the company completes.
TOM WALCH| Commercial and Contracts Manager Tom is a qualified lawyer with over 15 years’ experience in large project delivery including major infrastructure project. Tom provides input in all commercial negotiations both with client and lower-tier subcontractors.
CAROLINE RAUB| Business Development and Quality Assurance Manager Caroline is a qualified Lead Auditor and Project Manager with over 10 years of project experience; over 5 of that was spent in the Oil & Gas and Infrastructure sectors on projects throughout the East Coast of Australia and PNG. Caroline specialises in Quality Management but offers skills to support the end-to-end business from tendering new work and assessing possible alliances, procurement, and governance to project close-out.
DAVID “Hutchy” HUTCHINSON | Operations Manager David is a certified plumber and drainer with 27 years’ experience in the construction industry and has worked on an array of projects, large and small. David has been working with Redline Plumbing since the beginning in 2007, and he is one of the major reasons for the significant growth that Redline has experienced. Not only is David very knowledgeable with everything plumbing, he also has the experience of owning / managing his own plumbing business for a number of years.
