Candidate User Guide
1. New User Registration Go to link - https://tseek.in/candidate
Click on New user Registration to register
Enter all the mandatory details and the captcha and then click on register.
Once you register, you will receive an SMS with your Login details which will contain your Username
and Password on the registered Phone number. The below message will be displayed once you
register.
Once you login with your credentials, you have to agree to Terms and Condition in order to continue
using the App.
You can view and accept Terms and Condition by clicking on the button on the left side of the page.
You can also do the same from the drop down on the right top corner.
Once you agree to Terms and Condition, you have to verify phone number by clicking on the Verify
phone number on the left hand side or from the drop down on the top right corner.
Clicking on Verify Phone number will open a Popup. Where you have to request OTP and verify.
Once you verify the phone number you can use the other features of the App.
You can change the username or password from the Drop down menu on top right corner of the app.
2. My Profile:
Click on Edit on the top left corner. Once you click you can edit and update your details.
You can select the languages you know in the list of Languages and select Can Read, Can Write.
You can update your academic qualification as below. You can add up to 2 Education qualifications.
You can update your Previous Employment Details by changing “Have you been employed
previously” to Yes or No.
If you want to add more than one employment history, you can click on Add Previous Employment
button. You can add up to 3 previous employer details. After updating, save the changes.
You can update your Previous Training Details by changing “Training history available” to Yes or No.
If you want to add more than one Training history, you can click on Add Training Details button. You
can add up to 2 previous training history. After updating, save the changes.
You can also add your achievements and Hobbies and interests in the Achievements/Hobbies/Interests
section.
You will be able to add Skilling and Employment Preferences only when you complete updating your profile.
3. Documents You can update your Identity proof in the Documents section.
Click on Edit button to upload Resume and ID proof. Save once uploaded.
You can also generate and download your details in Resume format by clicking on the Download Resume link.
4. My Preference
Every candidate is allowed to have their own preferences of skilling/Employment. Every candidate can have up
to 3 Preferences on Skilling/Employment.
To Update/Edit skilling/employment Preferences go to “My Preferences” tab on the left hand side of the app.
You can update your preferences regarding to location, Expected salary, Nature of Employment you
can click on Edit button to update the same.
Once you save you preference you will the Employability assessment enabled. You need to take the
employability assessment first in order to take Skill assessment.
You can click on Start button to start the Employability assessment.
Once the Employability Assessment is complete, the Personality assessment, Current Opportunities
and the Skill assessments will be enabled and displayed as below.
In case you have not got the required score in Employability assessment to take up skill assessment,
the Skill assessments will get activated. You will have to take up Employability assessment again in
15days and clear it for the skill assessments to get activated
You can view the current opportunities in real time by clicking on the “View Current Opportunities”
link. You can see for both Employment and Training.

You can see the current training opportunities for all the types of Training – Vocational, Skill and Other types.
You can take the personality assessment by clicking on “Take Personality Assessment”
Once you complete the Personality assessment, you will be provided with a list of recommendation based on
the assessment.
You can update or change your preferred Job Sector and job Type by clicking Edit next to each
Preferences.
First select the Sector from the drop down, then the Job Type and then the Job Class from the list
drop down then click on Add.
Once you click on Add you will be the popup where you have to select the job class.
Once the Job Class is selected, the list of all the Job Roles in the that Job Class will be displayed along
with the description and as well as Number of Current Openings for that Specific Job Class.
If you have any difficulties or doubts in finding your suitable Job role, you can refer to the Job Role
guide given in the Website. Click on View JobRole Guide to refer the Job Role Guide at the bottom
left hand side corner.
You proceed to take the Self-Assessment by clicking on Start Assessment button.
Once you submit the Assessment, you can see the Scores against each Job Role.
You can submit the score and close the popup.
Once you submit the assessment, you will be able to see the recommendation.
You can add up to 3 preferences.
Once edited you will not be able to edit the same Preference for 90 days from the day you
edit/update.
New Opportunities will be reflecting only after 24hrs.
5. My Learnings Click on “My Learnings” to view Courses and Videos.
You can see the list of all the skill videos available.
You can use the filters in the filter section to filter he videos based on the skill type and skill class.
You can change the content type to switch between the Courses and Videos.
6. My Opportunities
Click on “My Opportunities” to view your current opportunities.
You can see the list of all the opportunities in the My Opportunities.
If you click on the opportunity, you will see a popup with the details of the employer.
If you are Interested, you can click on Interested button.
If you are Not Interested, you can click on Non Interested button.
The statues will change from “Match Found” to the selected status.
If the Employer is also interested in your profile, they will schedule an interview. The interview details
will be sent to your mobile number through SMS.
The status of the Match will be changed to “Called for Interview”. You have to open the match and
accept or decline the interview.
Once you “Accept” or “Decline” the Interview. The match status will be changed correspondingly.
On the day of interview, the match status will change to “Pending Feedback”.
You can submit feedback on the interview by clicking on the match and Clicking Submit feedback
button.
Once you click on the Submit feedback button you have say if you have attended the interview or did
not.
If “Yes”, you have to give the Feedback on the Interview.
If “No”, you need to select the reason from the same by selecting from the dropdown.
You can also submit feedback on “Candidate Hired”, “Candidate Not Hired” and “On-Hold” statues as
well.
You can filter the matches by using the Filter option in the My Opportunities Page.
7. My Appointments
You can view all your Appointments in the “My Appointments”.
You will be able to see the upcoming appointments for the next 4 weeks.
You can use the Filter option to change the Date range and view previous and future
matches.
You can also filter the Status by selecting the same from the “Select Status” filter.
From “My Appointments” tab you can Accept Interview and also you can submit feedback
for the appointments.
