Root Cause 3: Tier 1 instruction is notat the level or rigor and high expectations in which students are assessed.Problem Statement 4: 54% of students are not making one year's growth as indicated by reading MAP performance. Root Cause 4: A systematic approach for instruction and support inliteracy is not being implemented with fidelity in the KFFS.Problem Statement 1: Educators in the Klein Forest Family of Schools have not yet received and implemented common professional learning experiences or systems focused on high-yieldinstructional strategies and culturally responsive practices which results in lower teacher expectations for student success and rigor for HQT. In addition there is a lack of training and implementation, with fidelity, of the programs we have available on campus tha will target the growing needs of our students.
