Currently employing 12 people, cinegrell runs the only remai-ning film laboratory in Switzerland and offers comprehensive services of the highest quality for 16mm and 35mm film.

Combined with camera rental and postproduction, equipped with the current grading, compositing and restoration tools we cover the full range of services. For every workflow we have the right solution, be it the latest digital formats or the oldest type of film stock.

Camera Rental

For your film production cinegrell offers you an end-to-end ser-vice. We advise you on selecting the right camera equipment, assembling the ideal package and, as required, take care of the workflow on set as also throughout the postproduction process.

Cameras, lenses and their accessories are our passion. We con-tinuously invest in the most recent equipment, attend exhibi-tions as well as training regularly and are therefore always up to date with newest technology.

Cinema Grading Suite

An important feature of cinegrell postproduction is the Dolby 5.1 certified cinema with a comfortably arranged grading sui-te, equipped with Filmlight‘s Baselight grading system and a Christie‘s 2K digital projector. With this we prove our visionary attitude and present our customers with a unique portfolio.

For TV grading as well as for productions with a smaller budget we can also offer a smaller suite equipped with Blackmagic’s DaVinci Resolve software and DaVinci Resolve control surface.

In doing so we rely on best practices and moreover develop new technologies to preserve old film material for posterity and make it accessib-le.
