Enerpac PTW Series

Designed for applications that require speed and control. Use this wrench in conjunction with an FRL (Filter, Regulator, Lubricator) to easily go to work. Connect the air hoses then adjust the air pressure on the FRL to achieve the desired torque using the calibration certificate. The Enerpac FRL120C filter-regulator-lubricator is recommended for use with all PTW wrenches and is available for rent along with the tool and hose whip assemblies.

Need testing for your owned equipment? Contact us today. Our service department is capable of testing and certifications up to 1300 tons. These specialized calibrations conform to ANSI/NCSLZ540-1 and are NIST traceable.

Our standard rental pump is the electric Enerpac ZU4408PB with 4/3 Manual Valve, Pendant and 2.0 gallon Usable Oil. We also rent these pumps with 5-Gallon and 10-Gallon reservoirs.

The pump is Enerpac’s Classic design with traditional electro-mechanical components (transformers, relays and switches) in place of solid-state electronics. The Classic delivers durable, safe and efficient hydraulic power.

For lifting and lowering applications with multiple points, controlled lifting pumps are a far better alternative than using independently operated pumps.

To achieve high-precision movement of heavy objects it is necessary to control and synchronize the movements of multiple lifting points. By controlling the oil flow to each cylinder, the pumps maintain very accurate positional control. By eliminating manual intervention, controlled lifting pumps help maintain structural integrity and increases the productivity and safety of a lift.

Available for rent is the NB or Narrow Body portable clamshell lathe, ideal for when space is at a premium. Each of the split frame machines within the NB series has a height of 3” (76.2 mm) and a width of 2.25” (57.2 mm). The resulting narrow body, low profile design makes them the ideal pipe cold cutting machine for tight spaces and when obstructions are present.

A broad range of tool bits are available to enhance and extend the capabilities of pipe cutting and beveling machines. Through the use of certified raw materials and an exacting manufacturing process, bits are produced suitable for the most demanding applications.

Our bit range includes sever, bevel, double-bevel, compound bevel and counter bore bits as well as a chipless cutter insert. Bit assortment is available in different lengths and types of tool steel to precisely mate tooling with applications.

Chipless Cutter (006EX0045174)

The Chipless Cutter ensures chip free severing is accomplished in rapid time and with minimal cleanup. It is designed to prevent debris from being produced and contaminating the inside of the piping system in high purity and process applications where debris is a critical danger. The compact size of the cutter makes it easy to apply in spaces with limited clearance.

Midsize Journal Turning Lathe (MS-JTL)

Internally mounted, lightweight and robust flange facing machine using fixed gears to produce continuous groove gramophone finishes to ASME Standard. Suitable for all types of flange facing, seal grooving and weld preparation. Rental includes a toolkit which contains cutting tools and inserts, air filter lubricator and hose connection, all required mounting bases and extensions, and manual, inside a convenient storage/shipping box.

3-Axis is ideal for the onsite machining of large and small rectangular areas accurately. The portable mill can be clamped or bolted directly onto the part being machined or fabricated. Setup jigs and parallel-mounting fixtures can be used to position it in tight work conditions. Any machinist familiar with machining practices will find the 3-Axis simple to setup and operate, even upside down.

The Hydratight 2250P boring bar covers an impressive range from 2.5” to 24” diameter in lengths up to 12 ft. This highly portable machine produces best-in-class torque. Additional accessories are available including: facing attachments, intermediate supports and bore welding equipment as well as a multitude of bar support configurations

The MS-JTL combines the best features from a Midsize (MS) Clamshell and the field-proven journal turning lathe (JTL) to give a precision machining tool that performs accurate and consistent machining of bearing journals and other round surfaces.

Designed for larger diameter shaft refurbishment (4” to 36.5”), the MS-JTL has two feed screws for parallel motion. This results in smoother journal turning and increased accuracy. The lightweight design and fully adjustable locators mean easy setup of this shaft refurbishment machine.
