Entrepreneurship and Business Administration is the master's degree program which curriculum will be upgraded within the ReSTART project. The aim of the project is to integrate and improve the digital and entrepreneurial learning needs of students, teachers and local businesses on the basis of internationalization, strategic partnerships and innovative co-operation at Cahul State University "B.P.Hasdeu". The overall objective of the ReSTART project is to extend the benefits and enhance the impact of the modernized entrepreneurial curriculum on cycle II Master students and scientific and didactic staff by capitalizing on the advanced experience in the field in the higher education institutions within the consortium.

This goal will be achieved by achieving the following objectives: Evaluating the needs of entrepreneurship and digital learning for students, teachers and local

businesses in education, business, research and civil society. Upgrading the entrepreneurial education in five Moldovan universities, in line with EU best

practices, by meeting local market expectations and capitalizing on ICT methods, combining innovative teaching and learning activities.

Extending the innovative and upgraded education potential based on the institutionalization of the entrepreneurial curriculum in partner universities.

On 25-27 April, within the Academy of Economic Studies in Moldova, the ReSTART team worked at the TRIANGLE 2018 International Forum. The 4th edition of the annual international forum was "PROMOTING THE KNOWLEDGE TRIANGLE". The event aimed to encourage international cooperation between Moldovan higher education institutions and European universities, as well as supporting and strengthening the role of universities in linking education, research and innovation to a triangle of knowledge in Moldova. In the ReSTART session, each local partner presented the results of the studies conducted to determine the level of satisfaction with the entrepreneurial spirit and digital competences of the target group of universities: teachers, students and organizations.

The students and academic staff of the

Cahul State University have benefited from the

First Information Sessions organized within the

ReSTART project held on May 21, 2018, being

acquainted with the opportunities offered by the

modernization of the study programs of the

economic specialties and the best practices in

the field of entrepreneurship education in

England (Case Study of the University of

Gloucestershire) and Spain (Case Study of the

University of Deusto).

On 18 September 2018, the

Second ReSTART Information

Session was organized,

disseminating the results of the study

conducted by the USC team on the

needs of digital learning and

entrepreneurship, best practices and

transfer of knowledge. USC Teachers

and Students have also been informed

about the opportunities offered by the

project in terms of implementing

modern teaching and learning

methods within the Master

Entrepreneurship and Business

Administration program.










The transfer of innovative

teaching and learning practices

through the development of

entrepreneurial and digital skills was the

main objective of the first "Training of

Teachers" session, organized

between 22-25 October 2018 at the

Polytechnic University of Bucharest

(Romania).

The USC Restart project

implementation team has been

familiarised with the innovative

teaching and learning pedagogical and

face to face approaches that are

essential to the improvement of the

entrepreneurial education practices of

Moldovan and non-EU beneficiaries.

The training session was organized in

partnership with the "Angel Kanchev"

University of Ruse (Bulgaria), the

Technical University of Kosice

(Slovakia) and L’Agence Universitaire

de la Francophonie of Bucharest

(Romania).










In the period 12-

16 November

2018 the "B.P.

Hasdeu" State

University in Cahul

hosted the first

teaching mobility of

the teaching staff of

the partner

universities. The

objective of these

activities was to

exchange experience and good practices in the field of entrepreneurship education.

The teaching activities were supported by expert professors from the Politehnica

University of Bucharest (Romania) - Ms. Chicioreanu Teodora, from "Angel Kancev"

University of Ruse (Bulgaria) - Ms. Bozhana Yavorova Stoycheva, from the Technical

University of Kosice (Slovakia ) - Ms Slavka Klasova and Mr. Tomas Malatinec.

The areas discussed covered topics related to

entrepreneurship and leadership, strategic management,

enterprise management and digital skills development.

These courses have

been highly

appreciated by the

master students,

especially due to the relevancy of the topics, the

interactions with audience, communication and

collaboration between actors of the educational act,

group work, etc.
