As a valued partner, we invite you to participate in the 2016 NETWORK® Supplier Trade Show, March 20 - 23 at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas, NV.
The Trade Show will include our usual rotation appointment schedule between NETWORK® Members and Suppliers, along with opportunities to meet with Associate & Program Suppliers that do not have scheduled appointments.
Networking events are always a valuable and enjoyable part of the Show and we hope you make the most of every opportunity available. This year’s itinerary will start for Members & Staff on Saturday with Sales & Marketing Subcommittee meetings. Events for all attendees start Sunday with Supplier Booth set up, followed by Guest Speakers, our Welcome Dinner Event, Supplier Awards Breakfast on Monday morning, WIN Luncheon, meals, and cocktail parties.

Group rate is $215 per night - Deluxe (Palace Tower, closest to functions) & Premium (Octavius or Augustus Tower) Current Tax is 12%. Rates apply to single or double occupancy.
• Rates are valid until February 14 or until group block is at capacity. Register sooner than later to secure your hotel room.
• Cancellations must be received by hotel by 4pm three days prior to arrival to avoid charge of one night room & tax.
• The Resort Fee of $29 is optional with our group contract. (See registration form for inclusions) • Check in time is 4:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.

CLIMATE: Temperatures average around 70° during the day and around 50° at night with minimal precipitation.
AIRPORT/TRANSPORTATION: McCarran International Airport (LAS) - 15 Minutes to the StripGround transportation: Available at both terminals (1 & 3)
Taxis: Terminal 1, East side, doors 1-4. Terminal 3, Level Zero, taxi loading on west side to serve domestic travelers and taxi loading on east side for international travelers. Approx. $22Lyft: Designated Ride Share passenger pick up locations are located in both Terminal 1 & Terminal 3 Shuttles: (may make multiple stops at locations along the way)and on the east side of the building to accommodate international travelers. Sunday Evening Welcome DinnerJoin NETWORK® Members, Suppliers & Staff as we kick off the 2016 Supplier Trade Show with delicious food, drinks, great company and entertainment.
Monday Morning Supplier Awards Breakfast with Guest Speaker NETWORK® Suppliers are such an important part of our organization. To give them therecognition they deserve, we award the best of the best each year in various categories.Join us in recognizing these partners at the Supplier Awards Breakfast.
After the awards, Guest Speaker Brian Beaulieu, Economist and CEO of ITR Economics will present, in his usual entertaining way, hiseconomic outlook and applied research regarding business cycle trend analysis and it’s use on a practical business level.

Monday & Tuesday Evening Cocktail ReceptionWind down after working the Trade Show with colleagues, beverages and appetizers, immediately following the Trade Show.
Tuesday - Members Visit with No Appointment Suppliers From 4:15pm to 5:15pm Members have this dedicated time to visit the No Appointment Exhibitors while enjoying cocktails and entering incentive raffles. The group Cocktail Reception will begin at 5:15pm.
Monday WIN Luncheon (Women in NETWORK®)Our annual WIN Luncheon guarantees a fun, lively and enlightening break in the day with inspirational guest speaker Cathy O’Dowd, the first woman to summit Mt. Everest from both sides.
Sunday - Member Lunch with Guest Speaker Jade West, Senior Vice-President Goverment Relations for N.A.W. (National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors) will discuss the current political situation and legislative/regulatory reports that are relevant to the industry. Prior to joining NAW, Ms. West served as Staff Director for the U.S. Senate Republican Policy Commmittee.

The Trade Show Business Center offers attendees theopportunity to check e-mail, the Internet, print, and other office related activitieswithout leaving the Trade Show floor.
