Modular JacksRapid installation and maintenance are important for data infrastructure, but

the quality of the connection is paramount. HellermannTyton modular jacks are

designed using our patented 10-Pin technology to deliver superior performance

while providing integral strain relief and easy termination. The GST Keystone jack’s

slim design allows fitting 24 modules into a standard 19” panel, supporting high

density applications, and the patented contact design uses innovative alien crosstalk

cancellation technology (ANEXT), exceeding Category 6A performance standards.

Configured to both TIA 568A and 568B wiring schemes for installation versatility, our

modular jack offerings are available in 12 colors for easy, color-coded identification.

providing analog and digital signal connections for TV,

satellite, security and video surveillance, home theaters,

conference rooms and exhibit halls. Available in three colors,

these modules are adaptable to HellermannTyton faceplates,

surface mount boxes and modular panels. Robust and high-

performance, HellermannTyton AV modules can be used with

fiber optic or copper data and voice transport networks.

Boxes are easy to install and can be

fastened to any surface. They also are ideal in

retrofit situations and applications in which internal wall access is

not available. Surface Mount Boxes have knockouts on three sides to

integrate with HellermannTyton’s TSR Single Channel Raceway, in ¾”

and 1 ¼” widths. The cover snaps on and can be easily removed for

adds and changes.

jacks, cuts and terminates all eight wires in a single step, with one

easy squeeze of the handle. Our Category 5e Impact Tool seats and

Compliance, HellermannTyton Category 6–110 wiring blocks

support Category 6 cabling applications with unique spacing

and superior NEXT performance. These wiring blocks can be

used as a consolidation point in HellermannTyton’s GigaBand

channel. They are available in several configurations to match

application requirements, including a rack-mountable 110

block for 19” racks or cabinets.

To minimize time and labor, we also offer field installation kits

that include wiring blocks with stand-off legs, 4 pair of clips,

and identification label holders with white labels.

Manufactured from a durable and lightweight PVC material, TSRP raceway

features an easy-to-use one piece design with an integrated security latch. TSRP

raceway components are UL5A listed and CSA 22.2 rated for up to 600 volts.

For fast, high-volume printing, TagPrint Xpress Data allows any user with the app installed on their mobile device to use all networked printers. For example, a typical data center needs to label cables for Cat 5 and Cat 6 patch cords and horizontal links in addition to flat surfaces such as racks, cabinets, equipment and patch panels. A data center can print almost every type of label with the use of one or two HellermannTyton printers loaded with different label stock:

• Printer 1: 3.75” wide continuous white for patch panel, rack, cabinet and equipment labels.

• Printer 2: Standard self-laminating labels for Cat 5 and Cat 6 cables.
