how are we paid…

Commission:

•Our commission is 3% of the sales price

•Our commission is paid by the seller as part of the selling of their property

Transaction Fee:

•Our clients are asked to pay a one-time administrative fee of $495

•The administrative fee can be paid at closing

•In some cases it can be rolled into your closing costs

•If you are using FHA financing, those guidelines prohibit a buyer

rolling these types of expenses into their loan and you can pay the

transaction fee at closing
