Al-Quran the Ultimate GuidanceINTRODUCTION Other than achieving academic excellence, another important mission of Sekolah Menengah Setiabudi is pursuing toward conviction of Iman and promoting high moral values and conduct. It is related to the aim of education in moulding students to have a balance personality mentally, physically and spiritually. Therefore, in order to achieve this mission, the school will be organizing a newly improved Tahfiz Program starting from year 2012. This program will be focusing on enrichment of tajwid in Quranic recitation and memorizing, so that the students are able to excel in their academics as well in maintaining a good akhlak. The students also will be guided through the program systematically and methodically improve in achieving the objectives is the program. It is to expect that that, they will be improved in their Quranic recitation and memorization.

OBJECTIVES 1. To produce a student who can able to recite Al-Quran with an accurate tajwid 2. To enhance the students memorization skills in reciting the Al- Quran and hence; to create a progressive huffaz. 3. To endorse and instill appropriate moral values and good akhlak based on al-Quran. 4. To increase students high self esteem and iman towards Allah. 5. To make Al-Quran as a most invaluable resource in the way of life of each ummah.

The objectives of Essential Practice record:
