on tower structure standards and their evolution at a

recent SBE Chapter 52 meeting. At the lower left is SBE

Chapter 52 Chairman John Owen with WOSU TV Ling

Ling Sun, and Gary Liebisch of Nautel and also SBE Na-

tional Board of Directors. Ling Ling had traveled to the

National Convention on behalf of the Chapter to receive

the Chapter Award and present it to the local Chapter.
