Ontario University Athletics – Sport Event Assistant Jan 2016- Present HAMILTON,ON
Acting as one of the lead coordinator representing the Ontario University Athletics (OUA) Corporation for major provincial athletic events including OUA Men’s Basketball - Wilson Cup and OUA Women’s Basketball -Critelli Cup.
Create and restructure critical event organization pathways, event bulletins and ‘in game’ scripts for championship events.
Liaise with Canadian University Athletic Directors, Sport Coordinators, coaches, officials and sponsors prior to event execution.
Support OUA marketing manager by creating ‘in game’ script presentations and minute by minute programming to ensure game day operations run efficiently and in a timely manner.
Record minutes for OUA management and annual general meetings, and circulating in timely fashion to appropriate audiences such as Athletic Directors, Sport Coordinators and OUA coaches.
Support day to day general operational activities of the corporation.
Blue Star Ontario Basketball – Program Administrator & Head Coach April 2014- Present

Acting as main point of contact for 200+ Blue Star athletes inclusive of NCAA athlete enrollment for all NCAA sanctioned tournaments across the United States.
Responsible for constant collaboration and communication with athlete’s parents, tournament directors, NCAA scouts and hotel administration on behalf of Blue Star Ontario.
Propose hotel accommodation contracts across the Unites States with Sales Managers for all Blue Star Ontario teams (U12-U18), responsible for organizing team and individual athlete travel and accommodations.

Teach mass basketball practices and clinics to females (U12-U18) focusing on skill development, leadership and sportsmanship.
Implement and execute strategic game plans, create practice plans and make in game adjustments for athlete development.

Managed and coordinated 3,000+ youth basketball athletes and 30+ travelling teams. Created tournament and practice schedules for 30+ teams and circulated to appropriate audiences.
