kitchen and bathrooms in common with a total gross area of 1,762.68 Sq.M as shown

on the apartment area schedule including the shell & core and all finishes works in

the areas shown above complete with all necessary associated infrastructure that

includes:

- Roads, parking, sewers, water supply paths, paving, services, drainage, entrances,

landscape works, gate house and related access provisions, security provisions and all

required off‐site works, as described in this document.
