Q: Can I provide my own travel crate? A: Yes, however it must be IATA approved. Check with us first if you intend on purchasing a crate yourself. If we provide the travel crate, you can be assured it is suitable for your pet, and satisfies the intended method of transport (including regulatory labeling).

Q: What size travel crate will my pet need? A: The travel crate must be large enough foryour pet to be able to stand upright (+10cm for ventilation), turn around and lie down comfortably.

Q: Should my pet be sedated for traveling?A: This practice is no longer recommended as altitude reduces heart and respiration rates. Sedation has the same effect. Combined,these effects can be dangerous, so we usehomeopathic options instead.
