Eric Schnabl discussed the new APPR regulations regarding Probation and Tenure, and presented a resolution to update the policy. On motion made by Michael Khoury, seconded by Susan Osborne, and carried by members present, the Board accepted the Tenure and Probation Policy Revision and Adoption. AGENDA MODIFICATIONS A Personnel Appointments Addendum was added to the Consent Agenda. MINUTES – Minutes of the meeting held on August 10, 2015, were presented for approval.
